Although the site is generally peaceful, it is possible to hear the passage of certain vehicles in certain circumstances. SUV or 4x4 vehicle is recommended in winter

At the Chalet du Bûcheron, you will enjoy a peaceful and bright place, in the heart of nature in Mauricie. It is designed to accommodate 6 people. Wood is omnipresent, offering you a warm environment. It is located in the undergrowth and will appeal to lovers of hiking, and bike, mountain bike or snowmobile rides. A boat ramp is less than a mile away, giving access to Lac Mékinac. Note that the lumberjack's cabin is not intended for events or parties.
