Beautiful indoor pool which is available from April 1st untill November 1st. Ground floor, first floor, garden and pool are available for guests only! Owners are at basement floor with separate entrance. The house is located near the Maksimir Park, just a 10 minute drive from the city center, home to great options for dining, shopping, sightseeing, and more.

Family's "Kljet" (rural house) is placed on a beautiful hill, at the end of the road, surrounded by forest. It will treat you with breathtaking views of mountain Ivanščica and the sound of silence. It's very private, cozy, clean and peaceful. All rooms are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, you'll find hand sanitizer near the front door. We do our best to make our guests feel like home. Ideal place for couples all age, families with kids, weekend gatherings. And we are definitely pet friendly.

Due to its unique location in the forest, it is our most visited cottage, delighting even the most discerning guest. This wooden house on stilts is an adult observatory that has spared no expense. It has everything that large cottages have. Entering the cottage will enchant you with the scent of spruce, while you will find it hard to resist the view that opens a new dimension of the forest.

With a tiring life-rhythm, constant worries, always new burdens and obligations, there is always a need to find time for REST and RELAXATION. Outside the city's hustle and bustle, in the middle of a beautiful landscape in Razkrižje, there is a modern EARTH- / HOBIT HOUSE, that impresses every guest. Welcome to a quiet home that offers great views and privacy. Enjoy the indoor Jacuzzi or relax in the sauna, perfect for lounging. The house includes terraces with a view where you can relax in peace. We also offer EV charging. Every item is designed to make your stay as comfortable and special as possible. For these extras (jakuzzi, sauna, car charging) we charge a supplement of €10 per use, allowing to maintain high quality and cleanliness of services.

Come to the hill of love and stay in a lovely home

About almost 8 years ago we found a wonderfull place in the hills around Maribor. Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a bigger tent for families. By renting the small cottages, we can combine the joy of sharing this place with living a little bit of it.
