Appartement très bien situé, à seulement 20 minutes à pied de la Médina et du centre moderne de Tunis. L’appartement est propre, confortable et très bien entretenu, avec un service de ménage quotidien. Juste en bas, il y a un café super sympa avec une belle ambiance, parfait pour le petit-déjeuner ou le brunch. Je recommande vivement !

Der Gastgeber hat sehr schnell und nett kommuniziert. Die Wohnung ist top-gelegen, wenn man täglich zur Universität muss. Ich komme sicher wieder.

We had a warm welcome from Mohamed Amine, who was very kind. The apartment was perfect—clean, with beautiful yet simple decor. It also had all the necessary dishes for cooking. It’s a very peaceful and safe area. The grocery store was about a 4-minute walk away, with a bakery right next to it. The surrounding area has nice tea spots and cafés. We recommend “Hillside”, as it is close to the apartment, and “Go Sushi”, which is a bit farther away, but they deliver through their website. We will definitely go back there.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at Haythem’s property in Tunis and would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a well-situated and welcoming place to stay in the capital. The accommodation is clean, tastefully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped to meet the needs of both short and longer stays. The location offers convenient access a grocery store, a pharmacy, cafe's and restaurants also not too far from central Tunis, a car is needed or taxis are easy to access. The host is communicative, respectful of privacy, and readily available for any assistance required. The beds could have been more comfortable but for the price and how large the apartment is it is a steal and very lovely.

I spent a really wonderful time at Sarah's place, it was clean, organized and very comfy. Sarah and Alex were very nice hosts. i do really recommend🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟.

Très beau séjour, tout s'est bien passé le top du top. je recommande ce logement les yeux fermés. Le prix est vraiment abordable. À Proximité de toutes commodités, magasin Aziza, des snacks des restaurants des cafés tout est parfait. Merciiiiiiii Infiniment à Haythem pour sa Gentillesse. À très bientôt. C’est le logement idéal pour un séjour en famille à Tunis. Nous avons été bien accueilli par l’hôte. La piscine et le jardin sont magnifiques. Il y’a plein de resto dans les alentours. J’y reviendrai l’année prochaine.

Je commence par le hôte Aziz qui est très courtois très réactif et discret La villa est magnifique les photos sur le site ne montrent pas tout le caché de la villa en réalité la villa est beaucoup plus belle que sur le site et une très belle surprise La villa est très authentique bien fidèle à son époque tout en offrant un confort un redoutable. Une librairie est à disposition de quoi occuper les grands et les petits quant aux sportifs une belle piscine et un grand terrain pour faire de l’exercice Nous sommes partis à contrecœur à la fin du séjour

Un grand merci à Alberto pour ce nouveau séjour toujours aussi parfait à DarFares, à la Soukra. L’accueil est chaleureux, le logement impeccable, propre, calme et très bien situé. On s’y sent comme chez soi, avec en plus une touche d’élégance et de sérénité propre au lieu. C’est toujours un plaisir d’y revenir. Je recommande les yeux fermés !

Logement propre, mignon et qui sent bon, en plus d’être bien situé. Le quartier est calme, ce qui est un avantage lorsqu’on se pose sur le balcon. Mohamed est très gentil. Il est serviable et très réactif à la moindre demande. A recommander +++

I had a great stay . Aymen was communicative and helpful, and the place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-located. Everything I needed was available, and check-in/check-out was smooth. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. Amazing apartment. The host was very collaborative. Lac 2 is a delightful destination. Numerous restaurants and coffee shops are situated in close proximity to the apartment. I recommend the host and the apartment.

I sincerely recommend staying in this apartment! It is well-equipped, spacious, clean, and cozy. The location is very good, and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful.
