Waterfront holiday rentals in Medianía Baja

This was my second time staying at this beautiful home. Rafael is an amazing host!!! It’s absolutely beautiful.

Our stay at Josue’s Airbnb villa was absolutely amazing! The home was exactly as pictured clean, spacious, and well-stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable family vacation. The location was peaceful and private, with quick access to the beach, grocery stores, and local spots like Piñones. Josue was a fantastic host—super responsive, friendly, and helpful from start to finish. He made sure we felt welcome and had all the info we needed before we even arrived. Check-in was easy, and the entire stay felt seamless. The villa was perfect for our group of six (3 adults and 3 teenagers), with plenty of room to relax and unwind. The kitchen was great for cooking meals, and we loved the outdoor space, especially in the evenings. Thank you, Josue, for helping make this vacation so special. We would absolutely stay here again!

Fantastic place to stay!! We rented a vehicle to get around as there wasn't many options nearby to eat. DandD pizza was very gooood and less than 10mins, but aside that many places were closed and/or had limited hours. you definitely need a vehicle to get more options and of course to visit old san juan! We don't like to depend on Uber to get around.. The apartment was everything you need. Very spacious, clean, and simply perfect! Great water pressure to shower, hot water, a/c worked. Plenty of towels [after shower use/ pool use] and full equipped kitchen. I'm telling you this place has it ALL. Even a washer/dryer! This building was across from the pool and the ocean, so we will definitely come back with our whole family!! The guidebook had fantastic suggestions, our favorite was Victoria Bistro in Canovanas!! Thank you!!

This is a fantastic space! The apartment is beautifully decorated and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The ice maker machine was a real highlight and great for the cooler for a beach day :) We would definitely stay here again

Great apartment! Very spacious with tons of amenities. Just bring your bags and food. We stayed there with 6 12 yo. and everyone enjoyed it a lot. It fit our needs perfectly. Checkout at 10am was a bit early considering you have to pack and clear your food, etc so we couldn't use any of the facilities on our last day. It would've been nice to be able to leave at 11am, at least. If you don't have a lot of stuff then that's not a problem. Nice spot for a family getaway.

Beautiful property. Responsive host. Proximity to support local attractions and restaurants. Private beach entrance to peaceful, clean, and clear ocean water. Private pool within the gated community. A quiet, relaxing, and rejuvenating experience for our first trip to PR. I recommend the location and host. Superb!

Our stay at Malibu Beach Condos was wonderful! The apartment was clean and spacious, bathrooms well stocked with Toiletries and towels, and kitchen was small but functional. The best part of our stay was the private beach only steps away from the condo. We loved spending our time at the beach, and we were provided with plenty of beach towels, and beach chairs and toys. Management was very helpful, and very responsive always ready to help with any questions! Five stars!

Lesley was amazing, any questions I had, she responded quickly. The pool area was fun and the beach is literally a one minute walk from the second pool. We were out and about and their was a power outage one evening and Lesley reached out to us via text and through the Airbnb to inform us of what was going on and gave us instructions on how to use the generator. Awesome service through and through. The 2 local beaches next to the Airbnb in addition were great!. We look forward to coming back!!! The house was amazing! Can see the rain forest with the birds talking in the morning and the frogs talking in thru the evening. Great place to unwind after adventures close by

Overall the stay was great! Host was very responsive and helpful all around, left clear instructions on how to arrive and where to find everything. The place is welcoming and peaceful. Great views of the beach/ ocean and in walking distance. Definitely booking again when we return!

We had two families stay at the Happy Yellow Beach House and we loved every minute! Accessing the beach was a short walk down a lovely path, the pool and hot tub were so much fun and the house was comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with all the basic essentials and we had plenty of towels. It was so convenient to be able to do laundry as well. We loved the bakery and new restaurant at the end of the street and went to the Luquillo Kiosks a few times - it was a great location - easy travel from San Juan! Manny was an excellent host and took care of all our needs, provided recommendations for restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Thank you for a wonderful visit and sharing your piece of PR heaven with us!

Had an amazing stay. Perfect, clean apartment with everything you need and great rooftop in a peaceful place.

We had a group of 15, including 5 kids, and had plenty of space for everyone. The house was clean, had beautiful surroundings and a great pool. The beach nearby was full of seaweed and not swimmable when we were there but we understand it is no one’s fault. Luquillo beach is an amazing beach that’s only ten minutes away. Everything was clean in the house and any problem was quickly fixed. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this house!

The stay was beautiful! My youngest really enjoyed being able to be on the beach everyday we were there. Its a great backdrop for photos and the space was clean. The area the people are nice and speak however they are still really reserved. We would definitely come back to visit again. Thank you for allowing us to share your space and for coming to yo fix the tv the next day.

Our group of 9 enjoyed a week at Christoph’s and everything was absolutely perfect. The location was convenient to nearby local restaurants, grocery stores and the beach was steps away. We would return in a heartbeat! Truly had everything we needed.

I had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! The location couldn’t be better just steps from the beach, with the sound of the waves as your daily soundtrack. Waking up to ocean views and enjoying coffee on the patio was pure magic. The space was clean, stylish, and thoughtfully decorated with a laid-back beach vibe. The bed was super comfortable, and the place stayed cool even during the heat of the day. Fast Wi-Fi, great water pressure, and everything you need in the kitchen made it feel like home. The hosts were warm, responsive, and gave amazing local recommendations from surf spots to hidden food gems. I genuinely didn’t want to leave. If you’re looking for a peaceful, beachside getaway in Puerto Rico, this is the place. I’ll definitely be back!

Javier was wonderful and very responsive to all of our inquiries. We arrived earlier than expected and Javier let us access the property with no issue. Great host, great secluded private beach. 5 stars all around.

Had a great stay on the beach here at Scott’s place! The outdoor pool and beach access are a very convient short walk from the apartment. Mini-split A/C units in each bedroom helped for a good night’s sleep. Great for a group of 5 people.

This condo ocean front was everything and more The host was very helpful. Every moment on cue. This condo is spacious had more than enough beds The resort has many pools. The slide was not working But the kids didn't care The many pools kept them busy. Supplies was plentiful.. numerous beach chairs Floats for the pool Beach ball basketball volleyball they have it in this condo for your use. Balcony to sit in shade I recommend fully.. plenty tissue and bags Something a lot of Airbnb don't give enough of Pots and pans And more

We enjoyed our stay- it was right on the beach. Air conditioner worked well. This condo was pretty spacious and had everything we needed. Located in safe area.

Tuvimos unas vaciones maravillosas en este departamento. Fuimos un grupo de 6 personas, y la verdad muy cómodo, con todo lo necesario y al lado de la playa. La anfitriona también se portó espectacular, atenta a todos los requerimientos. Se recomienda alquilar vehículo para moverse. Sin duda volveremos!
