Holiday rentals with a sauna in Medellin Metropolitan Area

Lo malo de este lugar son dos cosas: 1-tener que irse. 2-es tan lindo que no quisieras tener que salir a conocer Medellín. Me sentí mejor que en mi casa. Mis 2 amigos y yo la pasamos genial en un lugar precioso, ágil, cómodo, privado hasta entre nosotros mismos, cada uno en su dormitorio. Gracias María, sin duda será nuestro cuartel general al visitar Medellín.

The place was exactly as described with a stunning view. The apartment was clean, and the 24/7 security made us feel very safe throughout our stay. Evelyn and Orlis were incredibly responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay. The apartment was clean and we really enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. The restaurant on site was convenient and the front desk folks were friendly and responsive. The location is great. One note though, if you're looking for a peaceful, quiet stay this is not the property for you. You can hear the noise from other units traveling through the ventilation ducts and especially on weekends, people stay up very late partying listening to music. Other than that, we had a perfect stay and everything in the apartment worked as it should.

Urban Studios is also a great option for families. The environment is calm, welcoming, and kid-friendly, which made a big difference for us. We especially appreciated the pool area, which was clean, relaxing, and never too crowded. A perfect spot to unwind after a day exploring the city. Located in the heart of the city, this place was perfect for our weekend getaway. Our host Laura provided excellent tips on local eateries and attractions. The apartment was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. Our host went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home thank you Laura .

The place was very comfortable—great view, super secure area in a new building. It had two massive 70” TVs and fast Wi-Fi, perfect for rainy afternoons. Would recommend.

La anfitriona siempre está atenta a las necesidades y/o preguntas que se pueden ir presentado además que es muy detallista. El apartamento siempre impecable y con todo lo necesario para sentirse como en casa. Por lo general viajo con mis hijos así que este apartamento es uno de mis favoritos porque estamos cómodos, el lugar es muy cerca de lo que necesitamos, es seguro, el personal del edificio es muy amable y la anfitriona se comunica muy bien. I think I hit the jackpot booking this property! I will preface this by saying this isn't my first or 10th time in Medellin and have business in the country/city. Usually when I travel I bring friends and tend to spend it in Poblado, but was adamant about branching out of that area as I know there is more to offer than just Poblado. - El Poblado is about a 20-30 minute drive from El Poblado depending on location, traffic and weather. As I know the area, I came in knowing that was fine for me. Plan accordingly if you dont have a vehicle or a private driver. - The property did not have physical A/C units. However, it is in the mountains. It is naturally cooler in the mountains. Culturally, I needed a fan and got one upon request. I was beyond good. - Their team was VERY receptive to all requests via chat. They worked w/ my team and staff and their collaboration was phenomenal! - I will definitely recommend and stay here again. - P.S. The pool is indoors and heated, like the Jacuzzi!!

This is the perfect house, the beds are extremely comfortable, and the place is clean. The pool and Jacuzzi as well. The steam bath are perfect, the pool is always hot. It’s very rare to have a heated pool and it gets cold in Medellín. I highly recommend this place.

This place was everything that was described. Loved the layout. The music room and garden were definitely and added touch and bonus. Latin is a very cool host. He gave really good tips about the area and all the hot spots. Definitely will book again.

The pictures don't make justice to the actual lofts. Each room has the caring and homie touch to make the guests feel welcome. Spoiler: I didn't mind the early noisy street, as where I live in the US it is similar. David and Vanessa were extremely helpful to help us with every question. The supermarket is very close by, as well restaurants or dining areas. The park is also very close, safe, beautiful and perfect for families and pets.

We went to the house for my best friends birthday week and we had an absolute blast in the house!! It was spacious beautiful and the host was to accommodating!! Anything we needed he got and he as well took Initiave in extra things! He not only gave us great service he also became our friend in the end we will definitely be returning!! Thank you!!!

EL MEJOR LUGAR PARA QUEDARSE CON LA FAMILIA

Realmente tal y como esta descrito y como son las fotos. Un lugar tranquilo hermoso, elegante y especial, espacioso, muy cómodo y los anfitriones siempre dispuestos a apoyarnos y a ayudarnos. Tuve una dificultad de salud y ellos se portaron como príncipes con mi familia. Infinitamente agradecida. Yenny siempre atenta a nuestros requerimientos y la señora Gloria que nos consiguieron, muy diligente, atenta y servicial. Sin duda regresaremos y lo recomendaremos pues es excelente el servicio y la ayuda que nos prestaron. Mil y mil gracias
