Great space to have to get ready for our wedding which was happening locally. Really central, walkable to everywhere is Trim. Close to other accommodation so we got to have family stay close by as well. Shirley is the best host

What can I say about Crow’s Hermitage that the other reviews haven’t already captured? If you’re considering other options—stop looking. You’ve found the perfect place. As many others have noted, the photos can’t possibly convey the enchantment that settles over you the moment you arrive. From the character of the home to the serene outdoor spaces to the thousand-year-old parish next door, it feels like stepping into the pages of a fairytale. When it comes to hosts, Colm is in a league of his own. He went above and beyond with directions, thoughtful recommendations, and any request we made. By the end of our stay, we didn’t just feel cared for—we felt like family.

An oasis of serenity. The photos and descriptions were spot on as well as the directions. The apartment was lovely and honestly could not have asked for anything more. Clean and comfortable. The shower was very good and the apartment had plenty of room to spread out. The property is beautiful and peaceful. Margaret, the host is a kind soul and greeted us warmly upon our arrival and exit.

This is a magical place in every detail. The location is unbelievable. Set your alarm for dawn for a spectacular view over Newgrange. The whole place is better than I imagined, don’t miss the peacocks or the river! Live out your cottage countryside fantasy or finish your novel (I did). The Airbnb is the old school type that’s hard to find nowadays. Everything is chill and the hosts are friendly and helpful. It’s not a hotel or b&b and there is no staff just people opening up their home. You cook your own food in the amazing kitchen, pick up your supplies in Slane before arriving at the local butcher and veg shop. I’ll definitely come back.

What a delightful place to stay - home from home! There is every home comfort that you could possibly need. Such an excellent Airbnb in a beautiful house. Darina is a lovely host, so welcoming & friendly. We hope that we can return one day and we thoroughly recommend this property.

Dorothy’s place was a 10/10 experience for us. We stayed as a group for a wedding nearby at Bellingham Castle and it was a great stay from start to finish. The house is warm and cozy and completely spotless. The beds and comfy and we had a great sleep. Dorothy left us wine and croissants and butter, milk, jam which was helpful and a lovely treat. We met both Richard and Dorothy who checked in to see how we were doing - they were very welcoming and friendly. Dorothy was really responsive when we were having delays to arrival. The area and grounds are so beautiful, we wished we could stay longer. Thank you Dorothy and Richard it was such a pleasure.

Stayed here for a few nights to attend a wedding at Millhouse. We had a lovely stay weather was great and we were able to bring our dog along which was a bonus. Garden furniture allowed us to make the most of the good weather and myself and partner had plenty of space to get ready..would highly recommend, in the country but close to amenities. Such a charming place! Everything we could have needed was right there! Lots of light, beautiful views! She left a thorough list of nearby places to visit, restaurants, groceries.

Susan was a great host. I’m gluten-free and she took the extra step to provided plenty of things for me to eat even though it was not a bed-and-breakfast. We had cheese, bread, bananas and cookies. Be prepared as there was only one restaurant in the town of Termonfeckin and it closed at 5:00 PM. The bed was comfy and she was quick to help we everything. I highly recommend that you stay with Susan and enjoy all the interesting adornments to her cottage.

The accommodation offered by Mick is spacious, very clean and pleasant. It is 50 minutes from the centre of Dublin by bus, the bus stop is 1 minute from the accommodation. Mick is very nice.

I had a great stay at this quiet, clean, and well-located apartment—perfect for a solo trip or working visit. The space had everything I needed: a comfy bed, a nice bath, and a solid kitchen setup with extras like a washer and air fryer. Check-in was smooth, and I felt totally safe and comfortable. The location was super convenient—just minutes from the train station, close to shopping, downtown, the River Boyne, and handy bus routes. Suzanne was a great host—friendly, responsive, and professional. This no-fuss, peaceful spot is ideal if you're looking for a calm, well-kept place with excellent access to everything. Would happily stay again!

We had a lovely one-night stay at Linda’s! It was clean, quiet, only ten minutes from town, and just what we needed for one night. Linda was very quick with all her communication and greeted us upon arrival.

We really lived our stay at Roisin’s. It was very clean, comfortable and a really nice space to relax in the middle of town. Roisin was a great host very helpful and communicative. There is a folder full of useful information about Trim the sites surrounding areas place to eat etc. I would highly recommend a stay!

As we were visiting family in Kilcock this was the perfect location. Small but perfectly formed and has everything you need. Kevin provides very clear instructions and it’s very easy to check in. Will visit again.

I stayed at Olga’s for 2 nights to attend a family event nearby. It was absolutely perfect! The place was spotless, very comfortable, and with so many lovely touches (bread on the counter, milk in the fridge etc) that made us feel very welcome! I would fully recommend and would definitely stay again!

Paula was very friendly and helpful, we had our two dogs on their first trip and it was ideal. Large garden to run around and the walks along the canal were fabulous. Paula left us bread, milk and cereal which was very convenient. There was music upstairs in the bar which was busy but not too noisy.

Delightful cottage surrounded by greenery 30 minutes from the airport, we stayed 2 nights at the beginning of June at Lisa's. The house is on two floors, small but comfortable, warm and clean, with 4 beds. 1 double bed and 2 single beds. The bathroom is only on the ground floor, it can be inconvenient for those with toddlers with suicidal tendencies like ours. Lisa provides a cot for children, and her beautiful and well-kept garden with a tree house! 😍

One of the most beautiful places we have stayed! Absolutely stunning landscaping, so peaceful and very cozy. Our little family really enjoyed wandering around and seeing the horses. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast at the nearby tea rooms. Highly recommend!!

Rob is a great host, very responsive and friendly. We had a fantastic stay at the apartment which is clean and has everything you need. Another highlight is the beautiful surrounding. Very peaceful and quiet. We loved it and can definitely recommend.
