It was wonderful, everything as described, beautiful and very comfortable apartment, complete, great location.

The place is exactly like in the pictures. The condominium is great, easy to locate, safe, with lots of green, piscona, sauna, playground, etc. Lucas was extremely attentive and very quick in returns, in addition to having relaxed the check-in and checkout times that helped us a lot. They were very nice days.

The best apartment I've ever stayed in, it's just like the photos, the host Arthur took care of the smallest details, and the tips given for tours and restaurants were very useful. I don't think there's a better place on Praia do Morro to have breakfast with that view of the sea. Those were the best days we had. My wife and I left the place happy and with the feeling of returning.

Spacious, extremely comfortable and very beautiful apartment, with all the necessary kitchen utensils, including a water filter. We felt at home! Fernando was very friendly and answered all our questions immediately, as did Elani. Place with great location, bars, bakeries and restaurants. You've met our expectations! Just one observation, the view of the beach is from the rooms, but nothing that would diminish our satisfaction. Not only will we be back, we recommend it!

The Host from the beginning always very attentive super polite attentive ,responds quickly the apt is a super clean wonder we feel nothing we feel at home is very close to the beach of 2 bakeries supermarkets restaurants to make everything on foot super safe the garage is very spacious fits a truck,finally perfect place for those who want to relax and rest near the beach .

It was very good, Mr. Ricardo very attentive and did not measure effort to help! Even though there was no garage, it left me to put the bike inside the place because there was a little space for the bike! I liked it a lot and would rent it back with him easily! And it's what I was really looking for, a place to sleep even because my focus was to stay all day out and the place served me too much!

Nossa, one of the best weekends at Peracanga Beach! From the first contact with Marcus, I realized it would be perfect. In most locations you are limited by Check-in and check-out times. As I would arrive very early on Saturday and leave at the end of Sunday, I asked if we could have flexibility at these times and I was served exactly as I wanted. Upon arrival, I made contact with Rose who was impeccable in sympathy and simplicity. Super friendly porterers treating you as a resident. Gente, and the best, is just across the street and sit on the beach🏖️. My children loved the freedom to come and go. The impeccable, gorgeous and fondly prepared apartment. Super recommend and we will definitely be back soon.

The house is simply amazing! Very large, comfortable and cozy — we felt at home from the first moment. We were super welcome, with attention and affection, which has already started the stay on the right foot. The lighting of the house is wonderful, it is well airy, with plenty of room in the rooms, which made all the difference for everyone to rest well. And the pool... what a spectacle! Large, clean and perfect to enjoy the day with the crowd. It was a wonderful experience, with no negative points. I would definitely return and recommend with my eyes closed!

I rented the house to a group of 23 people, a band that performed at my wedding. I didn't even stay at the place, but the communication, for closing the rent and etc, was easy and resolute. They made themselves available to cook for the guests and welcomed them very well. The feedback from the group that stayed was the best, they felt at home and welcomed. I highly recommend it for those who need a cozy home with easy communication. Not to mention that the region is beautiful too!! I wish this super receptive family success.

Quiet place for a couple alone or with a child. Beautiful landscapes, close to great beaches, in the midst of nature and with what is necessary to make yourself comfortable. Familia super cozy and without any inconvenience. I recommend it!

The accommodation was peaceful. Bakery, restaurants, distributors, pharmacies and supermarkets nearby. Well ventilated and safe house.

We loved our stay, Nara welcomed us very well. The house has a structure to make everyone comfortable, including children. We were greeted with a delicious chocolate cake and a personalised welcome plaque. All rooms are clean with a set of bed and bath, clean and new. Large, comfortable bathrooms with a hygienic shower and good showers. Full kitchen, super clean with shining pots and cold mineral water. Well-structured and equipped outdoor barbecue area. Children's Toys. Comfortable living room with internet and cable TV. Soap, toilet paper, detergent, new clotheslines... Everything available that made all the difference. We were offered the rental of chairs and beach equipment, which made our trips much easier. Our stay was very good and comfortable, the hosts welcomed us extremely well, even worrying about our return home. If we return to Guarapari, we will stay again.

What a delight of home!! No doubt the best I've ever stayed in Guarapari! Near everything, it does everything on foot, the beach downstairs and in the best spots! No doubt a great location!! The house and like this one in the photos, the bathrooms and large bedrooms, has everything you need utensils, air-conditioning in all the bedrooms and living room, and not to mention the charm of the pool!! Pollyana a super good person and his mae Doris q has received us too!! We will definitely return!!

We loved staying at Phelipe's house. We went with our Golden Retriever and were very well received. We will return at other times.

It was a very good experience, from the beginning the hosts were extremely helpful, when we arrived at the house they were at the place to welcome us with all the affection, show us the house, answer our questions about the location and what they had to do. They left a little souvenir to welcome us and whenever we needed it very quickly. The house is exactly as described in the listing, very cozy, has all the utensils in the kitchen, the beach is beautiful and is very close to Castilians and anchieta. My family and I left there with the urge to always return! It was a very pleasant experience and I thank Glícia and Alex so much for welcoming us so well!

Very polite and attentive host, we received very well, and provided all the support we need. The location is great, it is very close to the beach and the shows. And the house is cozy and quiet, I really felt at home. I will no doubt go again.

Extremely quiet place, gated condominium with 24h gate, several leisure areas and the apartment is complete with the utensils. Luiz responds quickly and gave all instructions. I recommend and intend to return.

Apartment just like the photos, very cozy and a great space, it's just the house with the furniture so you'll have to take everything to me, it wasn't a problem, just the kitchen that had the basics as he had already said, but missing a rice drainer that would be very useful and some basic bowls also to use in the kitchen, the bathroom was organized but it was clear that the cleaning was not very up to date because the floor and the walls were a little greasy and darkening, but the space and the apartment is very cozy, we will definitely come back again because we liked it a lot, close to the beach, supermarket, restaurant, and pharmacy nearby.
