I really enjoyed my stay! The flat is in a great location in the town center, providing easy access to local shops and restaurants. The beach is also not too far away. I would definitely stay here again. Mazine was very helpful and responsive throughout my stay.

I loved staying at Dounia's apartment. It is tastefully decorated, everything is very clean and full of details that make a difference: coffee capsules, tea, mineral water... even Netflix and channels to watch football! The pool is spectacular and his recommendations on places to visit were a success. An attentive and charming hostess. 100% recommended.

Amazing Stay in a Beautiful Villa! We recently stayed at this fantastic villa and had an incredible experience. The house is enormous, with four spacious bedrooms that provided more than enough space for our family. The location is perfect, nestled in a safe and tranquil neighborhood. The host was exceptionally welcoming and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. They were always available to answer our questions and provide helpful recommendations. One of the highlights of our stay was the stunning view from the villa. We could see the beach just a few meters away, and the sight was breathtaking. The beach itself is pristine and easily accessible, making it perfect for morning walks and relaxing afternoons. Overall, this villa exceeded our expectations in every way. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, scenic, and relaxing getaway. We can't wait to return!

The house is nicely decorated, the kitchen very well equipped, the small living room outside is very relaxing, cherry on the cake, the house is in a very secure residence, family-friendly and close to beautiful beaches. Several beach items are available for use, towels, snowshoes... Finally Kaoutar is very available, and it's nice to connect with her.

I can only recommend this place! The villa is beautiful and well maintained. A big thank you to Driss, who is responsive and adorable, always ready to respond to our needs. The location is ideal, only 5 minutes from Fnideq and 15 minutes from Tetouan or M 'diq, making excursions very easy. An experience to repeat, I'll be back with pleasure!

It was a nice place in a quiet location. It was a clean apartment the bedding and towels smelled nice ! You have a large garden at your disposal when you sit on the balcony you will see the beautiful sea! Only downside is that you do not have the entire villa at your disposal as it is advertised but only the upper floor. the price is good for what you get some things are due to replacement. Nice host

Maroua is very kind and super helpful from the first contact. He personally greeted us at the place and showed nearby beaches that can be reached by walking. The house is new and beautiful, the view is priceless: paradise! It exactly matches the photos and everything is new and super clean! One of the best homes we've tried! Highly recommended! Very nice and especially safe home. There are constantly guards around you. You can easily park your car in front of the door or put it in the garage. You can enjoy hiking in the area and you have some swimming pools that you can use. In the area there are plenty of nice dining spots and for us the location near the beach was a plus. We were sometimes bothered by noisy upstairs neighbors at the time in the evening. Imad is a very nice host who is quick to respond and helpful.

The prettiest view ever , loved the fact that once u see through every window all u see is nature , not to forget the city lights at night , definitely coming back , and the host was very friendly and nice

Perfectly well-equipped accommodation, located in a complex with 2 pools, and a few steps from the complex's beach. The bedding is clean and very comfortable. The host is helpful and attentive.
