You will be 2 blocks from the Courthouse Square where you will find lots of shopping and restaurants, and is home to the Magnolia Blossom Festival held the 3rd weekend in May. You will also be less than 2 miles from the Southern Arkansas University campus. I live in the neighborhood, and can usually be reached quickly if needed.
