Just minutes away from the pristine waters of Lake Superior with beautiful beaches, breathtaking waterfalls, and gorgeous hiking trails. This is a prime location for snowmoblie riders as trail 8 is just across the street, ride right from the door! Bear Den is just 5 miles on the trial and Bear Trap less than a mile. A perfect location for ATV's and side by side as well!

Pebble beach is only a two minute walk away where you’ll find the most breath taking sunsets you’ll ever see.

The Husky Hut-Pet Friendly, Remote, Private.

The Husky Hut is an adorable tiny home located on 10 private acres. It’s located on a well maintained gravel road with plenty of parking. This is perfect if you are looking to “camp” without the hassle of a tent and other equipment. It’s extremely private; there is no light pollution and the stars are magnificent. The cabin sleeps two guests. This is truly off-grid; no power or running water. There is a sled dog kennel nearby so expect to hear the “neighbors” during feeding time!

Enjoy this secluded cabin anytime of year. Located near trail 8 /H-58 for day trips in any direction. Cabin is set up with 2 Queens and accommodates 4 people comfortably. Two propane fireplaces & front room with beautiful view of private lake. Propane Weber for grilling , hot shower , stocked kitchen, washer and dryer. Fire pit for bonfire with wood for purchase on site. TV with HIGH SPEED INTERNET. Most likely will see and or hear a wild animal.

The Cabin

Our cabin is conveniently located directly across from the groomed snowmobile trail. Centrally located for easy access to Tahquamenon Falls, Pictured Rocks, the Soo Locks, and Oswald's Bear Ranch. Midway between Lakes Superior and Michigan with many inland lakes. New flooring and a full size fold out couch were added in the beginning of 2025. We can now accommodate 5-6 guests.
