Charming backyard cottage set in the historic Sanger-Heights neighborhood just 7 minutes from Magnolia by car and blocks from Downtown. Off-street parking and a private entrance to your own fenced yard. A pathway leads to a private patio with an outdoor seating area. The cottage includes a Queen sized bed, TV with Netflix, bathroom, bathtub and shower. It is located on our property adjacent to our home, and we are available as much or as little as you desire. This home offers a beautiful chef kitchen and a mural designed by an artist who was featured on TV.

Enjoy a quiet getaway in this charming cottage renovated, designed, and owned by Chip and Joanna Gaines. Originally the carriage house for Hillcrest Estate, this home includes one bedroom, one bath, an office nook and a private back patio. This makes it the perfect getaway for a party of two, or if you’re stopping through town and need a restful place to retreat. If traveling with little ones, the Hillcrest Cottage can comfortably accommodate one to two children for an additional fee.

Old garage turned urban cabin. Just renovated into a quaint and modern space. Centrally located, this home is only a 5-10 drive to Magnolia, downtown, and Baylor. With a 2-5 minute walk you can get some of the best coffee, healthy breakfast & lunch, and cocktails in town. Pinewood Coffee Bar, Harvest on 25th, Sloane's and Pinewood Public House are each one block away. The neighborhood is right next to Castle Heights, which is a lovely neighborhood to walk in.
