Holiday rentals with a patio in Mazotos

Loved my stay here for one month. The place is just so convenient if you love to cook and need a supermarket next door. It was a little difficult finding the place from the address but the main thing is to navigate yourself to Polinos kebab which is next door. The host is lovely and gave lots of brilliant recommendations. Safe to say I will visit again. Thankyou :)

This apartment has everything you need for a medium-length stay: washing machine, kitchen utensils, etc. My wife and I stayed here for 2 weeks, and it was the best option for us: quiet place, close to a walkable area (near the beach), close to the bus stop to the city center (bus #30), a good grocery shop nearby, and a coffee place. We did miss some things like a dishwasher or a soft night lamp near the bed, but those aren’t essential. Overall, it's a good apartments to stay.

Our time here was fantastic! This home was our oasis between the day-trips we took around the Larnaca and Ayia Napa regions. For us, this location was a good midpoint between Cavo Greco (30 minute drive), places in Larnaca (10 minute drives), and the airport (15 minute drive). We came back to this home after our daytime adventures and enjoyed hot showers with good water pressure. After we got cleaned up, there were multiple excellent dining options within a short walk... and a good ice cream shop, too. My daughter enjoyed soaking up the remaining sunshine while reading a book on the patio. The air conditioning worked well, the beds were comfortable, and the place was very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

I’ve stayed for 2 months there. it’s good location, 1 minute walk to grocery store and 5 minutes to the sea. A lot of good restaurants nearby . House was clean with everything you need inside. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone.

The flat was exceptional, clean and fully equipped, definitely value for money! Also Marios is a great host! I would totally recommend a stay at Mario's flat!

We had a fantastic stay! I honestly think the photos don’t do it justice! In person it’s so much more beautiful! You have everything you need and the view is to die for, especially the sunsets and sunrise! I really really appreciate her flexible check in schedule! We had an issue with a previous booking where we had to leave immediately and we had to find another accommodation in the evening, and she was able to fix it so we can come there! I couldn’t thank you enough for that!! Overall it was an amazing stay, and I wish we could have stayed longer!

I can’t say anything bad about Mr. Alexander. Super kind gentleman, very helpful and super friendly. Early check in, late check out also no problem, excellent communication. Just truly recommend. We really enjoyed our stay at Chris’s place! The apartment is cozy, spotlessly clean, and full of unique interior details that give it a lot of charm. We felt very welcome and would highly recommend staying here. A small tip: as mentioned in some previous reviews, the location can be a bit tricky to find at first. We found that using “Here WeGo” maps works perfectly—it has the correct location.

Convenient and quiet location, close to the sea, friendly host. The appts were clean, but the furniture is quite old and because of this, one gets the impression that the room is not very clean. In general, we liked everything.

Beautiful and comfortable house, great location, amazing hosts Tellef and Anna! We stayed this house for three months, from the middle of a winter, two adults and a two year old kid. House is cozy and fully equipped, it has everything you can think of. The location is hidden and quiet, but you can walk to the sea in 10 minutes and to the central park in 25 minutes. The old port is a 10-minute taxi ride away. Any deliveries are available, from groceries to something like H&M. Couple of good supermarkets are within walk distance also. The house is located on a dead-end street, so you can easily play any games right on the road with your child. Tellef and Anna are super hosts, they are always ready to help or just give an advice about Limassol. I highly recommend this house and it's wonderful hosts for anyone visiting Limassol, both for couple of days and for long-term stay. Sincerely, Andy, Nata and Boris.

Very spacious house fully equipped kitchen and very clean. BBQ fully equipped with extra fourni(cyprus traditional oven) They even equipped with a water refrigerator. I really recommend this place. Friendly Orestis welcome us and showed us the house amenities

We loved the stay at Anastasias place we had everything we could have wanted and made good use of the pool and sunbeds. A really nice beach right opposite the house with public sunbeds and a clear sea perfect for paddling in. We will definitely be returning!

This is absolutely recommended for anyone looking for a quiet stay near the beach. This place offers all the tranquility that a busy city can offer. All that while it is only 500 meters walk, and you are in the Mediterranean Sea!! There are 2 large supermarkets within 1 to 2 kilometres walk, and there are plenty of cosy pubs to spend many evenings. We recommend it to everyone! Thanks for the wonderful stay! We'll be back!

Beautiful home in a beautiful place. Close to restaurants, beaches. Amazing pool! The host allowed us to stay longer due to the flight departure time, for which we thank you. Quiet, intimate neighborhood. The 340 bus is 25 min to the center of Larnaca. Highly recommended

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely ground floor flat. The neighbourhood was peaceful and perfect for relaxing, and the flat was spotlessly clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. The veranda was a real highlight — perfect for morning coffee or unwinding in the evening. Andreas, our host was very welcoming, met us on arrival, and was quick to respond to any questions during our stay. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

I booked with Demetris solely based on the fantastic reviews and we weren’t disappointed. On arrival to Larnaca Airport Demetris was there to collect us and we began our short journey to his beautiful apartment which is perfectly located in the traditional old town of Larnaca. Right next to the apartment are retail shops, supermarkets, family run bakery’s, bars and restaurants serving all cuisines. The stunning Finikoudes Beach is just a 5 minute walk, where you can also enjoy a full range of sightseeing tours and transportation which can take you to any part of the Cyprus coast. The apartment is very homely and has everything you would need. Fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom and two bedrooms with a great balcony. Demetris is truly a wonderful host and was very helpful and easily accessible if you needed help. I’d highly recommend you visit Cyprus and stay at Demetris apartment, you won’t regret it. The apartment is in a great, quiet neighborhood. Easy walk to the beach and one of the better supermarkets. The apartment is well appointed and quite nice. Loutmila was helpful and very flexible, as my plans changed and she was accommodating. Would highly recommend this apartment.

The place is 10 minute walk from beach and main restaurants. Pharmacy and small market also nearby. Bigger market is 15min walk. We had spare towels and bed linen. 2 double bedrooms with one ensuite and other with separate bathroom, both with good sized shower. There is a pool, I was spectical about the noise from people using the pool, but users seemed to respect the neighbour hood. Although if they were noisy, it couldnt be heard from bedrooms. Ac, hot water, water pressure all good. Kitchen was fully equipped and also extra detailed accessories like bags, baking sheet etc were provided. Large refrigerator and good sized freezer. Good sized modern smartTv and sofas were good. Appartement had good elevator and no noise can be heard of neighbours. We had a toddler with us and cot was good equipped with small pillow as well. Place also has very good storage/wardrobes for clothes and accessories. Full cleaning equipment was provided which it was good for us, having a toddler. PERFECT

Great place, plenty of space, very clean with awesome working space and view of the sea. Excellent location by the beach and within walking distance of everything you may need (restaurants, bakery etc). Helpful and responsive host - I would not hesitate to book this place again any time I am in Cyprus.
