The most beautiful view on the lake!

We really loved our stay here. The view is beautiful and it is very peaceful. The home is about halfway between the Public Ferry dock and town. it's a fairly steep, but short, walk up to town or down to the docks, there are a few restaurants in both locations. It is easy and quick to take a Tuk Tuk in either direction. There are some large stairs to get down to the door. This is not a great option for anyone mobility impaired but it is great for everyone else. It was perfect for us and we would absolutely stay again.

Our stay was simply welcoming, Clemente is very friendly and always attentive to communication. The space is located about 10 minutes from the center of San Pedro, you can reach Tuktuk from the main pier, the terrace has a beautiful view towards the front of San Pedro, to see the beautiful sunrise on the lake, it has access to the beach to go bathing to the lake, it is clean and safe, you only have to have good physical condition if you want to return from the beach by the stands as they are very steep, but I recommend walking a few meters to the entrance of the village and thus return to the top. The place is clean, it has everything you need to cook, pure water and towels. It is right in front of the Mirador de San Pedro and the road, so if you hear bulla in the evenings, but that's San Pedro, a lively and beautiful village, I highly recommend it.

Comfortable and suitable place with everything you need.

I felt immediately at home in Tzanabaj! Nico and Venus are great hosts and I loved my studio! right by the lake, peaceful, while also close to the city center (10 min tuk tuk), where the restaurants and supermarkets can be found. There is also a beautiful community living in the other houses, so you can have your privacy and socialise with other like-minded people if you want. Totally recommend!

Every friendly host, told us about some restaurants that were excellent!! That a great stay altogether!! Definitely got some beautiful pictures of the view!!

Excellent place, the house is beautiful gave us the necessary things to make our stay great, the location is central and safe. Miguel was attentive prior to the trip to give the necessary directions and contacts, certainly if I go to San Felipe again I would stay here again.

The house is big and clean, very close to the parks. We enjoyed our stay, the only thing that I would add is more fans in the bedrooms or A/C.

Everything with the place very well, there is no complaint, but if I had several inconveniences such as the arrival at the place for being several roads closed for remodeling of the same, which is also too much dust in the place. The very high garge for low cars which I had to leave on the street, maybe it can be better in the future that, but I would definitely stay in said accommodation, waiting in the future no longer have any of the inconveniences mentioned.

Spacious apartment with all the necessary basics. Courtyard and appartment itself have a lot of character. Very close to parque central. Luis was very nice and responsive.

Alejandro's place was great! We loved the 360 view and the outdoor shower. It was great seeing the sunrise from the balcony every morning! Host is very responsive and helpful as well. Something to note - the neighborhood has a lot of roosters crowing all night, and because the metal roof is not completely closed, it might be hard for some people to get a good night's sleep. By no means is this the place's fault though, but just to be aware if you're a light sleeper! Everything else was awesome, very clean and good amenities! Drinking water in the kitchen, warm showers, good working faucet, a desk to work at, a bench on the balcony! Power outlets were also abundant and there's a good working ceiling fan:) Thanks, Alejandro!

I highly recommend a stay here! The hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive always and the property itself is beautiful. Incredible views, great food, and options for activities. Can’t wait to come back and stay again!

The view is even more impressive in person! The apartment itself felt even bigger than what the pictures show. The staff was amazing! Absolutely loved my stay in Panajachel!! 10/10 would stay here again!

Beautiful grounds, pristine rooms, friendliest staff, goregous views and very accessible for water activities. We appreciated that it was slightly out of town, maybe a 10 minute walk that kept it private and enchanting. The lake was very accessible, free kayaks and SUPs in a clean water cove. Rooms had everything you needed, even local bag of coffee!

The unit we stayed in was just as the photos showed. It was clean and just what we expected. This was our fourth time at the Riviera although it was out first time with ABB. We will return again next year with ABB.
