The best part is the terrace with sea view. And the beach close by with a nice restaurant. Davide is a super responsive, friendly and helpful host. We appreciated the fresh fruits, biscuits and coffee on arrival, it makes you feel welcome. The only downside is that the appartment was and smelled a bit damp when we arrived. Maybe we were the first after the winter season. We solved it by keeping the door and window open for a while, the room freshner spray that we found and the good airconditioning system.

Eine geräumige, moderne und stylische Unterkunft. Die Lage mit bester Infrastruktur (Supermarkt, Bäcker,... um die Ecke) zwischen Altstadt und dem großen Strand. Der Gastgeber ist hilfreich und immer erreichbar. Die Wohnung schaut besser aus als auf den Fotos und der Ausblick auf die Bergkette ist wunderschön. Es war erholsam und perfekt! Alle, die ohne Aufzug auskommen, werden nichts bereuen

Der Blick dieser Penthouse Wohnung ist grandios. Krizia ist eine hervorragende Gastgeberin, sie denkt an alles und hat sogar einen spitze Espresso und Frühstück im Kühlschrank für uns hinterlassen. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder.

Great spot for a short stay! Very clean, great kitchen with everything you need including large fridge and freezer, walking distance to town, parking right outside, Daniele very responsive and helpful! Really appreciated the snacks, coffee and bottled water. Little deck overlooking the garden was lovely for breakfast and dinner. Perfect stay!

beautiful house, wonderful space, Close to the beach and wonderful view. it was early. spring and the weather was cold-ish and the house has a very good heater. also AC in all rooms. lots of beautiful books and magazines about art, Sciacca town, sicily in the living room. also great recommendations where to eat. kitchen is super well equipped and we felt really at home cooking for the family. the only thing that hat it is not mentioned in the description of the apartment is that the place is a house divided in 4 apartments. one of the rooms has an exit door and windows directly to the entrance and patio of one of the apartments. so when people are there and talking normal, there is no isolation to the sounds coming from outside. same to the apartment above, someone was cleaning up there in the evening and it was very hearable. there is no ceiling lamp in most of the rooms and at night the light is low. all for all we had a lovely time and loved our stay.

Angela war eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin! Sie hat uns sehr herzlich willkommen geheißen. Die Kommunikation mit Angela war sehr angenehm und einfach. Sie empfiehl uns für den Abend direkt unten am Strand die Pizzeria aufzusuchen, diese war wirklich top und sicherlich die beste Pizza des gesamten Urlaubs! Die Wohnung und die Terrasse gefiel uns sogar besser wie dies von den Fotos ersichtlich war. Es war sehr sauber, die Küche war mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet. Ebenso das Bad, welches auch über eine Waschmaschine verfügte. Rundum war es eine super Wohnung mit einer tollen und ruhigen Lage, wenige Meter vom Zentrum Balestrate entfernt. Ebenfalls war es toll, dass die Wohnung weniger Meter vom Strand entfernt war, sodass man mit einem Bier oder Wein auch mal einen schönen Sonnenuntergang am Strand genießen konnten. Sollten wir uns nochmal für ein paar Tage in Balestrate entscheiden, würden wir nicht zögern und sofort gerne wieder bei Angela in der Wohnung unterkommen!

Die Unterkunft von Noemi liegt perfekt, um trapani und das Umland zu erkunden. Das Apartment ist clean und chic eingerichtet und wir fühlten uns direkt wohl! Die große begehbare Dusche und die tolle dachterasse sind ein Highlight. Parken direkt vor dem Haus ist sehr komfortabel und in Italien selten so zu finden! A spacious and charming apartment with a gorgeous view right in the middle of the buzz downtown. It was the perfect way to end our two week vacation in Italy - we especially enjoyed being able to catch up on laundry and enjoy some elbow room for our last nights!

It was the best AirBnB stay we’ve ever had. Castellammare was just beautiful and Anna and her son were the greatest hosts. They welcomed us and made sure, we felt at home. We, a family with four children aged 6 to 17, had a wonderful week in Palermo in October. The area was pleasant, with relatively few other tourists, as well as plenty of nice restaurants, bars, specialty shops, and supermarkets. Based on various articles, we had low expectations for public transport, but bus lines like 101 and 806 were frequent and reliable.

What an incredible experience! We stayed for a month, and it was truly one of the most memorable experiences we've had through Airbnb. From the beginning, Julianne and Giuseppe went above and beyond — kindly offering to collect and drop us off at the airport, and even helping with transport when we visited other parts of Italy during our stay. They shared amazing recommendations for things to do and see, assisted with travel arrangements, and genuinely cared about making sure we enjoyed ourselves. On top of that, the property was beautiful and comfortable and they ensured that we had everything we needed. What made the experience even more special was getting to know Julianne and Giuseppe — they are kind, generous, and such a delight to be around. It was honestly sad to leave, but we leave with full hearts and warm memories. Wishing them all the very best — they are truly incredible hosts.

Irma war immer ansprechbar und sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung hat alles was Mensch braucht um einen Alltag in Palermo zu leben und ist mit Charakter und professionell eingerichtet. Sie ist „nicht“ in einer touristischen Gegend aber alle Palermo Highlights sind in max. 30 Minuten „zu Fuß“ zu erreichen. Das W-lan ist beim Gebrauch mehrerer Geräte langsam und unbeständig. Sonst aber 5 Sterne von uns.

Appartamento nuovo e dotato di tutti i confort necessari, pulito e arredato a nuovo. Possibilità di parcheggio sotto casa e a piedi si può raggiungere facilmente il centro e la spiaggia petrolo.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Andrea et sa femme sont très charmants et très accueillants. Toujours au petit soin. Le logement et son environnement sont très agréables, confortables et frais. Nous n’avons pas testé la piscine car nous préférons la mer qui est accessible à pied en 2 minutes ! Je vous recommande ce petit coin très tranquille !!!

I can’t say enough nice things. First of all, Daniela is such a gem! She offered rides for very reasonable prices, gave us brief tours of the areas we were in which were super helpful, and always responsive. Her place was just outside of the noisier areas, but walking distance to the restaurants and beaches. 15 minutes walk to the beach, or you can wait for the local buses if you prefer not to walk. The space was spacious and the bed was so comfortable!! After traveling for a couple weeks, the good nights of sleep were needed. Great trip & stay, and hope to return someday :)

Agostino and Manuela are wonderful hosts and made us feel very welcome. We actually rented two units at Villa Angelina and both were lovely. The kitchens each had everything you could want, including coffee makers.Agostino and Manuela are very helpful and had great recommendations for things to do and restaurants and helped us with reservations when we needed them to. Highly recommended!

Subito siamo stati accolti con gentilezza ed abbiamo ricevuto tutte le informazioni necessarie. Il posto è molto tranquillo con una bella vista sul mare, ottimo per godersi il tramonto in serenità. L'alloggio molto carino ed accogliente con tutto il necessario. Abbiamo anche trovato una piccola guida con le zone da visitare, i ristoranti vicini e tutte le informazioni del posto. Se volete fare un weekend in tranquillità lo consiglio vivamente.
