Situated in beautiful countryside, in the small hamlet of Etival, ideal for walking, cycling, or just relaxing in the sunshine. Off the beaten track, but just a short drive to supermarkets, restaurants and bars. The circuit at Le Mans, is a 40 minute easy drive away. There are lots of nearby places to visit and enjoy. For example, Laval, Brulon lake and beach, Sille lake and beach, and the centre of Le Mans.

The moulin cottage is situated on the river in a stunning peaceful setting.. It has its own private garden where you can fish or just relax.. There is an outdoor and indoor pool in craon.. There are walks and bridle paths and we also have a lot of cyclists stay here. We supply either an English or French breakfast for €8 per person. Evening meals are also available on request...

Located at the end of our flower garden, easily accessible by a staircase brushing the maple trees, the Cabane du Bon Chemin, heated and insulated, offers a space of 26 m2 for your comfort, with TV and free Wi-Fi, including a cozy sleeping area: 1 double bed (140 x 190) and 1 retractable bed (90 x 190).
