The small cottage of Jf and Kareen more than convinced us with its very own charm, a great layout and its optimal location. It was clean, neat and lovingly furnished. The hosts didn't promise too much, were themselves very friendly, courteous and always available for questions. Would recommend this place with a clear conscience at any time 😊

Great place to stay, 100% Recommendation. Everything is as described and in good condition. We stayed with Infants and they also liked it and had fun with the toys, sandbox and pool. Perfect spot to explore the West and Southwest. Sophie and Valérie are very helpful and friendly in Communication. You ll not regret to stay here. Best wishes.

The Place was amazing, it was clean and beautiful just like the pictures. We enjoyed our time there and liked the privacy we had there. Also our host Julie was great, she gave us recommendation for restaurants in the area,also she was very helpful and responsive for our check in and during our stay.

What a lovely, peaceful, rustic spot! We enjoyed the quiet of the garden and playing in the little pool. This place is very private and comfortable, which is exactly what we were looking for. You need a car to get around and should plan to bring in what you need as it's simply appointed, but we felt happy and safe with our toddler and thought it was a great central location to explore Tamarin, Flic en Flac, and surrounds. Benedicte is very helpful and responsive. We enjoyed thoroughly and were sad to leave!

Even before arriving in Mauritius, Caroline was very available. We immediately felt his kindness, his gentleness to our children and his hospitality. A pleasure to have had the opportunity to discover his accommodation as well as his cooking skills since we were able to taste a local dish made by him. Everything is planned for a great stay. We would definitely recommend this place. A BIG thank you again!! We do not plan to return to Mauritius in the months/years that arrive however we keep the address precious, we never know!!

Beautiful House and gardens live the outside in feel of the open spaces. All the villas are gorgeous! Secure and safe. Ariane was lovely on check in. Veena was so flexible with us around our wedding and also helped us so much when we left 2 pairs of shoes at the villa. Christophe grave lots of recommendations and put us in touch with a private wedding organiser Karen who was also brilliant. House is in walking distance of town and beaches but the roads don’t have pathways all the way.

The host was helpful, kind, generous and friendly. From arranging a car, arranging a meal , making restaurant reservation for us to giving help and advice on local attractions. We were well supplied with lovely fruits from her garden. The property was as described, clean and with a great view from a large terrace that can be closed off at night or in bad weather. Highly recommended.

We spent 3 wonderful weeks in the house. Brand new, fully equipped with everything you need to be comfortable with family and cooking. Everything is really well thought out. Communication with Nazia was very smooth, and this well before the departure when we were able to ask her all our questions. Isabelle on site was able to clean several times a week. Loved our stay. I’ve just returned from an amazing stay in Mauritius. The accommodation was perfect. Private, peaceful and beautifully decorated. The host was very good with communication and sent co-ordinates to the address. Sheila, the housekeeper was there to welcome us and made our stay even more enjoyable. Sheila cooked us a traditional Mauritian meal one evening which was delicious. The house and pool were spectacular and a good base to explore the north and west coast of Mauritius. I hope to return again and if I do I shall be asking to book the house again.

We stayed at Natasha's place in March-April 2025. The host was very friendly, the house was very convenient, cozy and beautiful. The house was very close to the ocean. It's a nice choice for large families like ours. We were so glad to stay there. Wonderful place, amazing host! We were delighted! Everything works just fine in the house, house is very functional. Maids came to clean the house almost every day and they also cooked super delicious breakfasts for us. Natasha is so kind and supportive! We fell in love with her. Natasha, if you are reading this- we will definitely come next year for 2 months:) Best place we stayed ever.

We had a wonderful time here. Julien’s communication was perfect, he couldn’t have been more helpful with information about the house and any questions we had whilst we were there. The beach by the house was lovely for walking and watching the sunset then we used the house as a base to visit the beaches further up the coast which were only about 25mins drive. Recommended 👍

House is absolutely stunning. Very well equipped kitchen, master bedroom is huge with breathtaking views. There are 4 bedrooms in the house, all with private bathrooms. The pool and deck were fantastic. It was so nice to sit there and just look at the ocean! The property is located approx. 10 min walk (2 min drive) from the main street and the beach. A shopping center with a grocery store is also super close. Athalie was very nice, super flexible and helpful. She gave us a detailed tour of the house. It was really nice to meet her. The only thing that was a problem and may be a problem in the future is the roof over the staricase. It is made of glass and unfortunately leaks when it rains. Since the leak was quite big and required a lot of work and effort from us to keep the house dry, we assume that it would probably be fixed very soon, so it may not be a problem anymore.

Fantastic location, directly on the beach, really quiet. House is decorated with taste and really feel comfortable. The pool is not too deep so rather safe. The beach is really quiet and nice. Swimming is easy and not deep for a long while. East coast is more exposed to wind but end of June we had pleasant weather every days, despite some occasional rain that never lasted long. Asmita the cleaning lady is really friendly but also knows to be discreet. She was really taking good care of the house and us. It’s a real plus to have her. A car is a must to quickly go around, shopping or for dinner. We hope to come back one day.

This property is an absolute gem! We’ve just returned from our first holiday to Mauritius, and had the most amazing time. The house was spacious and well equipped, the beds were comfortable in air conditioned bedrooms, and the views to die for. Our children spent countless hours in the pool and loved the beach which was directly accessed from the bottom of the garden. There was parking for our car and the house was very secure with electric gates to the front. There was a useful shop close to the house and all the facilities you could require in the next town. The south of the island is beautiful, and has so many attractions to keep everyone entertained. Dominique was the perfect host, always available when needed . Jean Noel, the maintenance guy was amazing and was very friendly to our children, picking and opening coconuts from the trees in the garden and giving lessons in Mauritian life. I’ve never been so sad to leave at the end of a holiday, and we are already planning our return!

She made our stay as simple and enjoyable as possible. Whenever we needed help, his responses were quick and effective. We were confined in the apartment for a day or two because of the cyclone, but the quality of the accommodation, including the pool, allowed us to enjoy anyway. Amreen was very thoughtful and cared for our well-being throughout this situation. I highly recommend this listing 100%. The house and location were even better than the photos and the kindness afforded by the nearby family and the housekeeping team was fabulous. I will miss looking up at Le Morne from the pool 💔 but we will be back! Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful home.

Amazing stay at Marie’s place!! She’s very responsive and friendly and made the check in process smooth despite my incoming flight delay. Great house as well. Very clean. Lots of space. All the necessities. Great view of the water and very walkable to the mini market and restaurant and beach. Very peaceful and private. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at the lovely house. The location is superb, so is the garden.

We were guests at Christine's Airbnb for the second time. The Airbnb was cleaned daily, the beds freshly made. They put a lot of effort into making the guest have a pleasant time. The location of the Airbnb is super located to walk to restaurants or to shop for small things. We enjoyed the week very much and would book it again.

Michel is a pleasant, discreet and helpful host, very responsive and gives good advice He booked all our excursions, including the restaurant, taxi and rental car. The accommodation is clean and comfortable and exactly matches the description. I highly recommend it.
