I loved staying at this place! Calm and peacefull but still easy acces to paia town and everything else you need. David was super helpful and kind and easy to communicate with. I had a pleasure staying here and meeting you all and would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay on that side of the island. I cant wait to come back!! Thank you David !!

Délicieux séjour de 14 jours ! 1- ENVIRONNEMENT : Accès très facile à Baby beach en vélo mis à disposition. Quartier très chic, beaux jardins et pistes cyclables pour rejoindre PAIA ou Kanaha. On entends un peu les avions et la route de loin. Très calme et verdoyant. 2- APPARTEMENT: Grand extérieur agréable avec chaises longues et rack à planche. À notre arrivée, les chaises longues étaient un peu sales et la terrasse sentait la poule ou le pigeon. J’ai nettoyé tout ça à mon arrivée. Intérieur très bien agencé : entrée possible par la salle de bain, parfait pour prendre une douche après la plage. Nous n’avons pas eu besoin de climatisation car les fenêtres traversantes et le ventilateur sont efficaces. Cuisine complètement équipée, presque comme à la maison. J’ai aimé: -les rack pour les planches à voile ( super!) -la douche extérieure pour tout rincer, -les vélos prêtés pour aller à la plage ( Merci) -l’accès gratuit aux machines à laver le linge ( pratique pour un séjour long).

This was a wonderful place to stay and explore the east side of Maui. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time in Paia at Dave’s place. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable! We made use of all the beach gear on offer (snorkels, chairs, towels - don’t forget the umbrella like we did!). And some lovely, friendly dogs!

Anne Marie was quick to respond to any issues we had. Our Wifi kept cutting out a few times and she was on it right away and managed to get it back working pretty quickly! Location is a bit of a hilly walk (20 min) to get to the beach, but served as a nice wake up :) Location was clean, balconey is lovely, and neighborhood is quiet. Close to the shopping centre which was so convenient considering we didn't have a car. Great stay!

We couldn’t ask for a friendlier host or a more beautiful, unique, comfortable and stunningly decorated place to stay in Paia. This is the antidote to a cookie cutter big resort stay, with all the benefits of a truly local vibe and host. Will definitely stay here on our next trip to Maui! Thank you Dave!

Lindy was an exceptional host; she was responsive and welcoming. The space was an excellent home base. The location is extremely good; a short walk to food trucks, Foodland, and a nearby park (though not suitable for snorkeling). The amenities she provided were surprisingly excellent; for example, we have rarely ever booked an Airbnb that provided a loofah. She was receptive to any requests or communications that we had and tried her best to get what we needed (most of the time she delivered). To note, the kitchen space was indoors but notably separated from the air-conditioning (in the bedroom only) -- that was fine for us and having coffee provided and an airfryer was helpful for when we wanted to do a meal ourselves. The bed was comfortable and the space was clean. Almost forgot, the beach chairs and umbrella provided also made for a more enjoyable Maui experience. We would stay with Lindy again whenever we're in Maui.

We enjoyed knowing Lee and Sandra were always there if needed and very helpful! We felt right at home the whole time. Very clean, gorgeous garden and home.

Sandra & Lee have created a beautiful little oasis in their manicured and yet very homey property. The gardens, the 9’ salt water pool, the morning bird songs, and the attention to detail make this a “home away from home” kind of stay. I really appreciated the convenient proximity to all of the Maui day-trip locations. You don’t have to worry about getting stuck in traffic on the Pali like a stay on the Lahaina-Kaanapali side often imposes. Bordering on Wailea, it’s only a couple of minutes (walk or drive) to so many perfect sunset spots, fabulous beach walks and dining/shopping options. I won’t hesitate to book their place again when I return to Maui, and I’ve been to Maui over 30 times, so I know the island well! Thanks so much Sandra and Lee! You’re the hosts with the most!

I have to say that belle was a great place to stay. The host was the best I experienced in years of traveling. She has an amazing place and she makes the place very inviting and comfortable. I would go back and I would highly recommend the place. She even had snorkeling set for 2, beach chairs, beach towels, and she makes a mean margarita!! It was really a great place

The place was exactly what I needed. I was there to work at the nearby hospital. It was quiet and peaceful. It’s beautifully decorated and clean.

Lori's place was outstanding. Better than expected and probably that best AirBNB that we have stayed at - ever. The location was in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood but we literally never really 'saw' the neighbors. Everyone is very private and it was wonderfully quiet. The view of the sunset from the back deck combined with the great privacy made this an ideal place to stay. Lori is an amazing host and literally thought of everything. The bed was super comfortable, the kitchen and cooking facilities were clean and exceptionally well-stocked, all of which made it wonderful place to stay. Would give it 6 stars if that was an option! Highly recommend if you are looking for a quiet, comfortable, upcountry stay on Maui!

We plan to come back! This was the perfect location for us as we had plans all over the island. It’s in a quiet neighborhood and the pool was a nice plus! We felt right at home. Next time we will have to bring treats for Coconut the cat🥰

Lovely place with really cool artwork and a beautiful backyard overlooking the ocean. The host was very responsive and helpful. Bonus: super cute cats and dog on the property! Would love to stay again.

If you’re looking for breathe taking book this spot. Truly amazing that this place even exists. Beautiful surroundings, secluded but not far from the main road and about 15 mins away from some great food options. Jill and Curtis provide everything you need. Perfect for a couple or solo traveler. The kitchen is communal but it always felt very private - with TONS of amenities. They did an phenomenal job highlighting the beauty of the land. All the view spots, plants, and landscapes are incredible. Both check in and check out were a breeze. I would definitely book again! Thank you Jill & Curtis for sharing you space with the world!
