Great period that I was at the site (more than 1 month) , as the house is in the back there is not the noise of the street, which is very good! The garage is automatic , which makes it easy to get in and out for those who have a car. Mr. Bruno uses the garage to mess with some cars, as I left too early and arrived very late, I had no problems with it. Region with close commerce, square, fast lava, gym, market, pharmacy, etc. local home office and or study well-equipped with internet 💯 Dona Anitta was exceptional!!! Rural helped me a lot!!! From the coffee shop to a day that helped me with an umbrella, helped me with the washed clothes, and berries. All this additional, that is, it has no obligation to do and does so willingly. Saudade da Patrícia (cachorra) which from the day I arrived until the last day when I saw myself jumped into me… kkk

The host calls it a refuge? Wow, that's right, a quiet place, really super pet-friendly, a large enclosed space, it has everything, nothing is missing, a hot shower, a delicious hammock, calm from the entrance to the exit. That's exactly what my husband and I were looking for. Space for pets where we would be relaxed with them running and us feeling good, feeling the peace of that place... I'll be back... Beautiful house... Check-in and check-out were very nice too

The space is exactly as in the photos: spacious, with a super charming industrial vibe! The service was excellent, Marcelo was very quick and attentive in all responses. The outdoor fireplace was a different and very pleasant experience, which made all the difference in the stay. We will definitely come back another time! ✨♥️

We love the house, a getaway in the middle of São Paulo and at the same time close to everything. We were super well served by Paulo and well served by Ci, who left the house prepared to receive us, super solicitous and attentive. The house is cozy and it is possible to feel a care in every detail. We live valuable moments, among friends/family, from playing the piano and singing together, to cooking and talking while we were preparing dinner... and that certainly the house, this unique environment, the way each space presents itself, was super important for this to happen in such a special way. A beautiful house, which embraces :) Thank you, we'll be back when we can!

For those who want peace of mind, the Narnia retreat is the perfect option. The house is super complete, well-equipped, clean, a huge yard, for those who have pets it is an excellent option. The barbecue area is very good, and the jacuzzi is perfect, extremely relaxing. House with privacy and a quiet neighborhood. The hosts are very attentive and kind. Super I indicate the location.

I've lost count of how many times I stay here and, as always, it was flawless! The place remains wonderful, super clean, comfortable and with that welcoming atmosphere that makes us feel at home. Isabel is super attentive and everything works well. City Hall has become my favorite, no doubt! I highly recommend it!

The place is exactly as in the photos, extremely clean, organized and very cozy. Very well equipped, I spent quiet days and because of the location we were able to enjoy the surroundings a lot. The building staff is very polite and friendly, which made check-in very smooth and quick. Fellipe was always very helpful, answering all the questions I had quickly. I highly recommend! Great place! Gaining access to get into the building was complicated but once through the process entrance was excellent and high tech. Everything else about the apartment was spot on. I would choose this apartment again when in SP, very close to some of my favorite spots.

The host is wonderful. I had a problem with my flight arrival and he was very attentive and helped my mother check in to the building. The Loft is in a great location and most importantly, it is very safe! It meets all my needs.

We loved the stay! The apartment is amazing — spacious, well decorated and with a simply spectacular balcony, offering a privileged view of São Paulo. The bed is super comfortable, and both the kitchen and laundry are very well equipped, which makes everyday life a lot easier. The location is excellent, close to the best bars and restaurants in Pinheiros. The host was extremely attentive and friendly throughout the experience. It is worth mentioning that, as it is in a busy building, it is possible to hear some noise from the elevator at night — nothing that compromised our experience. An ideal place for couples seeking comfort, style and a breathtaking view.

Great stay for those who want to stay close to the ABC region, close to markets, shopping and the train line. Well-organized, clean and cozy place. I'd come back without a problem.

The apartment is amazing, everything is clean and organized. Fast internet connection. An invigorating hot shower! In the building there is a 24-hour convenience store! Close to shops, malls, supermarkets, restaurants, bakeries, which also deliver via app! Building with security, easy access and very well located! The building staff are always attentive and helpful! I loved it and recommend it!

Luiz was a great host and the apartment is a great cost-benefit if you are thinking about something short stay. We helped too much with the location, and everything was very clean and organized.
