Welcome to "Cabin on Swede Hill". Our family has farmed this land since 1871. My great grandparents, Swan and Johanna Johnson immigrated to America in the 1860's, found this land which was similar to Sweden. They raised their family here. Approximately 65 Swedish families settled in this community, became to be know as the "Swede Hills". We just received the Hoosier Homestead Award from Indiana celebrating the Sesquicentennial Award. 4 minutes from I-57 You will love this 3-bedroom 2 full bathroom home. In the living room there is a 65in Smart TV for your enjoyment. In the Mater & 2nd bedrooms you will enjoy comfy King size beds with king size hotel pillows & 55" smart tv's. In the 3rd bedroom is a comfy queen size bed with comfy pillows & a 55" smart tv. In the 3rd bedroom closet you will find a deluxe queen air bed. We supply bikes for children & adults along with patio table & chairs with outdoor grill with charcoal

Relax on cool evenings in our luxurious, very private, 4' deep cedar hot tub nestled in the evergreens, while the moon and stars swirl overhead, the waterfall cuts thru snow into the koi pond, and the fire table and torches blaze. The running stream makes this a wildlife refuge, with tons of birds, squirrels, rabbits, foxes and hawks. We are 420 friendly. Come experience the magic and make a special memory!
