Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Matsudo

We had a fantastic stay at June’s apartment in Tokyo! The place was exactly as shown in the pictures—very clean, modern, and well-maintained. It’s in a super convenient location, just a short walk from the train station and right next to a convenience store, which made everything so easy. The apartment was perfect for our family of five, including three big kids (ages 12–16). It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. June went above and beyond—she even came in person to welcome us, explain everything clearly, and made sure we were well taken care of. We really appreciated the thoughtful free gifts too! Although coin parking nearby is a bit pricey, that’s quite normal in Tokyo, and the convenience of the location more than made up for it. We highly recommend June’s place and would definitely stay here again!

The place is clean, safe and convinient with near supermarket and convinient stores. You can travel easily in some famous places like Shinjuku and Shibuya from Toritsu-Kasei Station. The host is responsive. I recommend this place

Location is great but comes with a price if you are bothered by late night trains bring earbuds. It did not bother us and the host was very hospitable and friendly. Good sized accomodation for the area. Would happily stay again!

What wonderful accomodation! This place ticked all our boxes, super clean with all the amenities we needed in a great location. Close to the train station, convenience stores, supermarkets and loads of incredible restaurants. Perfect for our family of 4. 1. Location 1.1) The location of the accommodation is about a 10-minute walk from Ikejiriohashi Station! If you are using the train to get to the airport on the first and last day, it is better to take a taxi to Shibuya Station or Shinjuku Station rather than public transportation! 1.2) If you don't have a carrier, there is no problem using it on foot. The way to the accommodation has a unique Japanese sensibility, and the alley is beautiful, so it's good to walk. 1.3) There is a 7-Eleven near the accommodation, so it's good to buy snacks 2. Cleanliness & inside the room 2.1) Overall, it was very clean. The bedding is well organized, and the interior of the room is clean! However, it's a little disappointing that I wish there were bathroom shoes to use when showering in the bathroom ~ Apart from that, I was satisfied with the rest. 2.2) There are so many towels. There is no shortage of towels. 2.3) There is a TV that supports Netflix and YouTube, so you won't be bored even if you are in the accommodation! 2.4) The bed, sofa and chair for one person are too fluffy. 3. Price & Host 3.1) I think the price is reasonable. I am willing to stay again if the room size is this much and the facility is 100%. 3.2) The host is kind, the response is really fast, and he kindly tells me about my questions. I stayed comfortably for 2 nights and 3 days before heading out.

We had a great time in Tokyo staying at Rei's. The apartment is nice and fully furnished (washing machine and dryer are a huge plus). The area is quiet and not touristy, but with delicious food spots. Rei was super reactive and kind. Definitely recommended!

This was a great stay! It can be cramped with 4 people but we made it work and was extremely accessible. I would definitely recommend staying here as it’s close to everything but away from the bustle of the city!

Masami was amazing! From the booking process to the stay, she was extremely communicative and responsive. Her guides in the home was thorough and left me feeling confident when navigating appliances in a difference language. The location was also very convenient. I would definitely recommend Masami!

Keiko's home is such a convenient, wonderful option for staying in Tokyo. Out of all the AirBnB's I've tried in the city, this one is by far the most spacious. Bathroom and kitchen are stocked with all the amenities you could possibly need, including basic cooking ingredients, complimentary coffee and water, shower caps, etc. It's clear that a lot of thought and care has been put into curating this space. The neighborhood is fantastic. Just a minute away is a lengthy pedestrian street filled with tons of restaurants, cafes, pharmacies, and convenience stores. The train station is a 5 minute walk down said pedestrian street and connects you with all of the major attractions in Tokyo. The cherry on top was definitely Keiko's hospitality. She gave a us a thorough tour and explanation of the home and was super quick to respond to any questions throughout our stay. Before we left she treated us to a perfectly lovely tea ceremony. Hope we can come back someday!

A bit far from main attractions but it’s what we wanted, peace & quiet. There’s train stations 7-10mins both ways so it’s t wasn’t a problem. There’s a small grocery store across the street & convenient stores 3-7mins walk. There’s a bigger grocery store, daiso, clothing, & drug store 7 mins walk through the nice neighborhood. The whole place was very clean & comfortable. I’d like to point out that the place is on the second floor & there’s no elevator. They also don’t have staff to receive luggage delivered so book your delivery for when you’re there already checked in. Despite that I still give this place five stars for the cleanliness alone.

Very, very nice host, I was very responsive during my stay, the response was very timely, flexible and friendly, the house was very good, the house was very new, the family was built, we cooked our own meals during our stay. I had a comfortable stay. Thank you.🙏

Thank you so much for having us. It was really convenient taking the subway to Shiinamachi or walking to Ikebukuro. The place was clean and easy to use.

Wonderful hosts! I cannot say that enough. We were picked up and dropped off at the station coming from Narita. The house is just as you see in the photos and everything is well taken care of. Whenever we had concerns or questions, there we had a response. For a big trip internationally, the recommendations were well received and the hosts helped us with travel and figuring out where to get on the train and how to get around. Facilities inside were great. Air conditioning with fans. Washer was available to use. Just a notice for potential lookers. I guess you could say we were in the 'suburbs' of Tokyo. Travel is a little longer than usual by train but we adapted well and planned around that. There are stairs up to the main floor. A little narrow, so if you are okay with that, then this is a great place to stay. Just make sure you follow house rules and you will have a great time. I have no real negatives to say.

Loved Jun’s place! Very clean and spacious. Only two stops from shinjuku station. The neighborhood is VERY quiet and tucked away so it’s nice to come home to after a busy day in Tokyo. Bed was comfy and loved the heated toilet 🤩

This is our second time staying at Tomoki-Sans place and as usual, it was an amazing stay. Tomoki went above and beyond to help me and my mom, he even offered to pick us up from the airport, the first time any Airbnb host has went out of their way to do that. This is the perfect spot- 2 minute walk from Meguro station, access to Meguro River (came during cherry blossom season and it was blooming!), and many supermarkets & convenience stories nearby. The place is clean and equipped with washer and dryer, kitchen, and dining/workspace. Beds are comfortable for two people. This is our go-to spot in Tokyo and I highly recommend to book this spot if you see it available! Thank you Tomoki, will see you next year! :)

Hitomi took amazing care of me and my daughter while we were her guests! She sent us a detailed list of recommendations for the neighborhood including kid-friendly highlights. When my daughter needed to go to the doctor, she sent a list of clinics. She also helped me ship some luggage to make my train trip easier. She was an incredible host, always going above and beyond. Nice little spot in a great location! We had a blast :)

A cozy place in a quiet neighbourhood. There are two subway stations nearby so commuting was a breeze. The apartment was exactly as described. The washroom was clean and efficient and having two toilet seats really helped, though fitting into the smaller toilet needed some gymnastics. Though portrayed as two bedrooms, it’s impossible to fit the second bed in the kitchen cum dining area. If there are three of you then everyone has to sleep in the same room. There were small niggles like bedside lamp not working and a bedside table drawer coming off. Easily checked sorted before guests arrive. The balcony definitely needs scrubbing. Overall a nice, pleasant and peaceful stay. Mathew is doing a great job. This place is highly recommended.
