Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Matraman

Place was nice, although the location besides the road, but at night ambience was very quiet and comfy. Each room quite spacious, well-fit for at least 6-8 people. Definitely will be back for next occasion

this house located not far from Tebet highway exit. housing area not so lound and busy. however road to access to the house really narrow, please be careful with this. complete facilities provided by host such as air conditioner, iron, internet, gas and stove.this house also clean and good

The place was a bit hard to find at first—it’s tucked away in a small alley and the Google Maps location isn't completely accurate. But once we found it, we were pleasantly surprised! The villa is spacious, with a nice pool that the kids really enjoyed. The indoor area is roomy and comfortable, and the front yard can fit about two cars. They also provided meat for a barbecue, which was a great bonus. Overall, a nice stay with a lot of space for families.

Since there are several bathrooms and sophisticated furniture, we could have a comfortable stay here. Additionally, this house has an alternative power supply, so we could remain comfortable even during a power outage.

I had an amazing experience staying at this place! The place was absolutely beautiful and incredibly comfortable. Everything was well-maintained and clean. The directions provided by the host were very clear and easy to follow, which made the check-in process seamless. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this place.

Overall the villa is well maintained and clean. For family events the home facilities especially the kitchen are very complete. There are quite a few accessories for the statue, considering there are many small children, it's scary if it's damaged. Suggestion: it would be better to have an additional air conditioning unit in the dining room (because people often gather in that area, but when the door / window is opened it's still hot) even though there is an air conditioning unit in the living room, the cold air doesn't reach the dining room. still lovely stay at your villa.

the perfect place for family staycation not far from Jakarta. Plus point is we can use the club house's facility makes it perfect for family with young children as we can use the swimming pool.

Had a great stay overall — the place was clean, cozy, and the host was super responsive. Just a heads-up: one of the bedrooms has a bathroom located outside the room, which might be a bit inconvenient for some. Other than that, everything was smooth, we enjoyed our time and would come back!

Arriving at the villa we are happy with the atmosphere and the beautiful environment....but when we contact the staff it is difficult....so when there is a leak in the bathroom the staff also does not respond quickly....but overall our villa is satisfied....even though you have to mop the floor because of the dust...hopefully it will be improved for the cleanliness....

The villa was clean, tidy, and well-maintained. Truly worth every penny. The resort itself had a wide range of facilities that were perfect for families, especially if you're traveling with kids, such as deer park, flower hills etc. It's a great place to relax and enjoy quality time together with family. Recommended. Worth to come. But need to improve in communication between owner and customer , due to it slow to respond but everything in villa was good , kitchen, bathroom , karaoke room were good.
