A lovely waterfront cottage with stunning bay views and the best sunsets on the East Coast. Sliding glass doors create the feeling of being right on the water, even when indoors. You can crab, fish, kayak, grill, and swim directly from the backyard. It's incredibly peaceful and relaxing. Just a mile away is a newly renovated island restaurant with a bar and a wide variety of food options. Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Located on Gywnn’s Island right on the water. We offer a private boat ramp, private pier, outside patio and fire pit, a hammock right over the water. A 4 seater paddle boat for those who may not have their own way to get off the shoreline! Also next door are a few fishing/charter boats that offer booze cruises, sunset cruises, charter fishing etc! There is a nice waterfront bar and grill only .6 miles away and winery 15 minutes!
