Bring the whole family to this great space. Enter the front door, the home opens up to an expansive space comprising living, dining and kitchen area. Large glass sliding doors and windows open up to the pool, BBQ area, outdoor dining & sun loungers. Across from the living area houses the bedrooms, 2 master room with ensuite and each with lovely 4 posters beds with adjacent rooms The house is extremely private, the whole home is fully fenced, and has ceiling fans throughout the whole complex.

Te Maunga Are is surrounded by trees and the peaceful sounds of Rarotonga’s nature. Named by our family, with some poetic licensing, the house up the mountain or the mountain house. During your stay, you may be lucky enough to be woken by confused crowing roosters, chase away a homeless cat and meet a family of mosquitos also on vacation (yes, all 3 generations). Luckily we have screens to keep them at bay. Te Maunga Are was our home until recently and now we are happy to share it with you.

Tanias offer excellent value for one or two families traveling together. The newly constructed home is two, two bedroom homes that share one very thick concrete wall, each side a mirror image of the other. Both homes have covered verandas and out door seating, thru the ranch sliders the homes open up to spacious dining and living areas, with full modern kitchens at the back. To the sides are the two bedrooms and bathroom.
