Whare manu is a private, self contained boutique cottage that is solar powered. Set back into native bush with views of the sea and beach, which is only a minutes stroll away. Watch the Tui's and Bellbirds feed on the sculpted bird feeder right on the deck. Designed for couples to relax, unwind and enjoy. No children please. Ellies villa is an older style home dated back to the 1930' has been done up slightly. It is situated just on the boundary of the Waimumu Stream and the Mataura River is 500 meters away. Is on a No Exit Road for your privacy. The back of the house is fully fenced off. Only a 10 minute drive from Gore, 45 minutes to Invercargill, 2 hours to Dunedin and Queenstown and 90 minutes to the lovely Te Anau. Has a heat pump to keep you warm. There is a garage and carport for your use also.
