Our second stay at this stunning apartment 😍 the apartment is fantastic everything you could possibly need 😍 and the location is picture postcard so very beautiful and just a few steps from the massive outdoor deck , aguadulce is just beautiful and within walking distance cannot wait to come back next year ❤️

la casita salinera de Fran y Eva is an ideal place to enjoy a relaxing and peaceful stay in the Almadraba de Monteleva. The sunrises and sunsets from the porch are breathtaking and the location is unbeatable, surrounded by the best coves of Cabo de Gata and with very good restaurants in the vicinity. We will definitely stay here: 10/10

The apartment is very comfortable and excellent area.

We had a great time with 4 adults and a 2 year old child. Apartment is bigger than it looks in the pictures. Great terrace where you could usually enjoy the sea view protected from the wind. We will be happy to come back.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is right on the beach – it really doesn't get any better. The parking situation was also perfect, there was plenty of parking right outside the door. The location is fantastic, the apartment was super clean and there was really everything you need – and even more! The host was very friendly, warm and helpful at all times. We would come back anytime and can fully recommend the place!

The truth, the apartment has been a thousand times better than what you see in the photos, the hostess leaves you quite a few useful for the day to day, towels, blankets and all the comforts... Due to the blackout suffered in Spain this Monday, in principle my partner and I would go back to Madrid on Tuesday, however, the train was canceled and Rosa, the hostess had a lot of understanding and let us stay one more night and without paying anything extra... I don't know what we would have done but. In conclusion, it was one of the best places we have been to spend a couple of days and disconnect, the area is very quiet and we had a great time, if I go back to Almeria, I would definitely repeat it on the airbnb itself. Regards!!

The owner is very friendly and always attentive to everything. The house is just like the photos, spacious, comfortable and nice. I have no complaints, we loved it. It's also very close to the beach, the beach is literally behind the development. You can also walk to a boulevard where there are several restaurants, very comfortable, it is also 1-2 hours from Almería and close to Cabo de Gata and its villages about 30-40 minutes away. We thought the recommended location was great. Thank you very much

A dreamy stay that I would recommend to everyone. My partner and I were looking for a place to disconnect and this house has exceeded expectations. It has beautiful ocean views and at night you can admire the starry sky away from the chaos of the city. It is equipped with everything you need and the cleanliness is excellent. In case of need, the village is a few minutes away in car. Mario and María José were very attentive and available. Would recommend without hesitation

Lisette is an amazing host - very friendly, responsive and accommodating. The place is huge with 3 bedrooms and everything one might need. We stayed 11 days as a small family and enjoyed the travel options in the area but also the comfort of the apartment (and the terrace is amazing). In terms of amenities, there is everything one might need - all appliances, smart tv, washing machine, baby crib etc. Overall one of the best Airbnb stays, many thanks Lisette. What to see and do - The town itself is more of a resort with many apartments but not much to do and not particularly lively - we preferred trips to places like Almeria, Granada, Sierra Nevada, Tabernas or the other coastal towns nearby. For these 11 days was plenty and the location was fairly central.

Excellent in every aspect. The house was impeccable with all the amenities you might need. Feeling at home is not easy to achieve and Angel has the perfect apartment for a vacation. A quiet pool with few people. Every morning I was able to swim without anyone there, and having parking in a beach area is a luxury. A perfect vacation! Everything was great :-) very communicative and friendly. It responds very quickly. The area is 10 and the accommodation is small but for us well, in front of the promenade and the pool is the best. Very large , very nice urbanization and very quiet to go with the family.

We had an excellent experience at Mario's home. The house has down to the last detail and is literally on the beach. It's beautiful to get up and listen to the waves. We went with my parents and my 8 month old baby and Mario brought everything I needed to make my baby perfect, brought a high chair and crib. We didn't miss a thing! Mario is pending in case you have any questions or problems. You can ensure a great stay in this place. We'll be back in the future.

Spotless, great location, early check in, a cot set up for my baby (with a baby toy bought for him) comfortable beds, great air con, a 5 star stay. I will stay again - perfect !

My stay at the place was really nice. From the first moment, I was surprised by the comfort of the room and the attention, always friendly and willing to help. What I enjoyed most was the breathtaking ocean views. The cleanliness was impeccable and the facilities were perfectly taken care of. Definitely a place I'd love to go back to.

It is a very well equipped house, with everything you need to spend a few very comfortable days. A short walk to the beach, with two very nice pools next door as well. The area has plastic greenhouses nearby but it's pretty good, in fact, that's why it's less crowded than other areas. The beaches are very good, very clean water and you could snorkel and see the amount of marine life. In short, the stay was great. Thank you for all
