Close to Houston, this private oasis is a great place for lounging, fishing, boating, kayaking and playing in the cool waters of the river. From the wrap around deck, there are no visible neighbors and breathtaking views of the river. The screened porch accessible from the living room is a great place to unwind. This home has so many things to offer you are guaranteed to have a great time!

Welcome to Palacios! Enjoy fishing, sight seeing, bird watching, boating or just sitting on the deck catching the breeze! The house if fully equipped with everything you need from cooking to bathing & laundry. The upstairs is a complete 2 bedroom 2 bath house and the downstairs is known as "The Camp" with one bedroom (3 twin beds) & one bathroom. Come to the Bay and stay awhile! May 2023 dock lights unavailable. July 2024 Dock was damaged from the hurricane. Pet Fee $195. 2 Kayaks.

The boat slip is across the river from The Lone Oak. 20 minutes from the beach and 40 minutes south of Houston. Kayaks, Games, Fishing Poles and Crabtraps are FREE for our guest to use during their stay. THERE IS NO WIFI

San Bernard River Rental

Come relax on the San Bernard River in this spacious barndominium set on the river bend. Bring your boat or pwc and enjoy some water sports or relax and fish on the large private pier. Perfect spot for wakeboarding, wakesurfing, tubing and skiing. The hot tub is currently not working. High speed fiber WiFi, 75” and 65” smart tv will help keep you entertained when not enjoying the tranquility outside. It’s always a good time on the river. Only 9.4 miles to Phillips 66 Sweeny.
