Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Set on 5 hectares of rural land with vineyard, our house is ready for your family break. We have a pool, spa, tree houses, tennis court and heaps of space to run around in. Perfect for families with kids who want a fun spacious rural retreat. Close to vineyards, a restaurant fruit and vege shop and a nice flat walk to the river. Only 7 minute drive to the town centre where you will find some great shops and fantastic park.

A guided trip to the river mouth weather permitting and depending on tides is where you will experience 7000 year old Totara Tree stumps . There are amazing rock formations at the mouth of the Kaiwhata river also. Walking options are available and on your return you can relax in the spa pool or rest by the cosy fire.

This is a luxury self contained Tiny house. Nestled on the edge of a pond surrounded by expansive gardens and farmland. There are some small walking tracks to take you around the QE ll Trust wetland and ponds, and for those that are a little more energetic a walk to the top of the hill can provide you with stunning views. Perfect place to unwind, relax and enjoy an outdoor wood fire bath over looking the pond! (seasonal) Unfortunately cell ph reception can be patchy at the Tiny house.
