Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space in a quite hamlet close to the lakes of HAUTE CHARENTE and adventure park., Massignac and Lesignac are 3klm away and have bars restaurant bakery Chemist and tourist information shops and café, lake Lavaud has manmade beach water sports horse riding a pub cafe restaurant ,, many beautiful Chateaus to visit and beautiful villages , Limoge is just 50mins and Confolens is 30mins cognac is 1 hour away ,, a great base to explore the south of France.
