Water 🛶 activities (paddleboarding, canoeing, pedal boating, etc.), supervised swimming in summer 🥾 hikes from the house Horseback 🐎 rides Shops and restaurants 5 minutes away. 10 minutes from Rochechouart, Vayres and St-Mathieu. Shops are within walking distance. The house spans three floors with spacious living areas. Ideal for a family vacation or a getaway with friends.

La Petite Chouette - Pretty gîte in rural setting.

Very well presented cozy detached gîte, with character and gorgeous views across the countryside of the Périgord National Park. A perfect retreat amongst the wildlife, ideally located midway between Limoges and Angoulême and close to the Leisure Lakes of The Charente/Haute-Vienne. Les Salles-Lavauguyon with a friendly welcoming bar ran by locals is only a few minutes walk away. The châteaux of La Rochefoucauld, Rochechouart and Montbron are just a short drive away.

In a protected, hilly and wooded environment of Charente Limousine, traditional Charente house, completely restored, located in a one-hectare park. Large 50 m2 family room. Large stone terrace shaded by a stone pine. Wood-burning stove in the living room. Located on the edge of the village with direct access to the paths. Ideal setting for athletes and/or families wanting to enjoy nature and animals: Horses, sheep, chickens, ducks are present on the property.
