Place is peaceful, quiet & safe. We had a comfortable stay. All the bedrooms come with an attached bathroom, which is very convenient. Will definitely rebook when comes in big group.

Great place for big family gatherings with plenty of amentities available in the house to entertain different age groups. The pool table, huge karaoke lounge and the arcade gaming machine were indeed the hot favorites among the family not to mention the super big and spacious bathroom with bathtub! Host were responsive and location is super easy to get to everywhere. thumbs up.

The lavish rooms are tastefully designed, offering a truly relaxing and indulgent experience. Every corner of the villa feels thoughtfully curated, from the rustic decor corners to cozy comfort corners, apt for rejuvenating in every way! The private swimming pool was the highlight of our trip—as it kept the kids engaged and entertained on an extremely hot summer day, perfect for a refreshing dip, The pool table and foosball table kept everyone else entertained for hours, adding a fun and competitive spirit to our stay. Whether we were lounging by the living room and challenging each other in games, or simply unwinding in the spacious living area, every moment was special. The villa is an absolute oasis of luxury, ideal for families or friends looking for an exceptional getaway. We can’t wait to come back again!!

We had an incredible stay at Gran Estancia! The property was immaculate, with spacious and beautifully decorated rooms that provided plenty of comfort for our family. The attention to detail—from the thoughtful amenities to the convenient location—made our experience truly memorable. The outdoor area was perfect for relaxing, and we especially loved the private pool and the fairy lights. The host was exceptionally accommodating and responsive, ensuring everything went smoothly during our stay. Their proactive communication was a fantastic touch. We felt warmly welcomed and cared for throughout. We would highly recommend Gran Estancia to anyone looking for a serene and luxurious getaway. This place truly exceeded our expectations and we can't wait to return!

The house was big. Our children loved the pool and the playground on the third floor. The house was relatively clean. The hosts were very responsive. It was 10mins from the checkpoint. There are numerous food spots nearby (kfc, mcdonalds and food truck). It's a 10min walk to them. Our families had a good time there.

Amazing house for group gathering

Benjamin was responsive to my queries and Uncle along was helpful, responsive and friendly. This was my 2nd stay with their another unit and my big family still love both units alot. To add on, the Muslim utensils was under lock so we are very assured they are sensitive to our religious needs and there is a 'kiblat' sticker to show the prayer direction. Thank you so much Ben and Uncle Leong. we will definitely come back!!

Place was clean and okay but air con needs cleaning and servicing as it’s not cold already in some rooms. The plus point was the swimming pool and bbq place. Area has lots of mosquitoes too so do bring insect repellent. Other than that overall it was okay.

Good place for a family and friends vacation.

Have a pleasant stay this villa. Can acomodate large group. Swimming pool was awesome. Kids love it so much. The facilities was amazing.. pool table waa cool add. Surely will come again next time for fam gath. Thanks for the host for responsive feedback.

We had a wonderful time at D Nice Garden Villa. Yvonne and the rest of the Hometel Team were very helpful , responsive and most of all accommodating. The place felt very homey and welcoming, very clean and free of clutter. Though our stay was short but it was definitely a relaxing, good one. Anyone looking for a place to stay in Johor Bahru must consider this place.

The host, Fynn, was great - easy to communicate with and prompt in her responses. The property is spacious and can sleep 10-15 adults comfortably. The layout of the house allowed us to hold approx 50 guests easily during our daughter's first birthday party and the kids enjoyed the pool of course.

Everything was as described in the listing, all my family members (from young to elderly) were very satisfied with the stay, we will definitely come back to this place again if we were to arrange another family gathering ❤️❤️❤️
