The Bumbles Cabin on the Lake

Our beautiful cosy cabin has been designed to enable our guests to enjoy our stunning lake and relaxing surroundings alongside our bistro restaurant next door. The cabin is the perfect fishing and relaxing location and we have a healthy stock of large catfish (silure) and carp for your enjoyment. The cabin is suited to fishermen and couples (supplement cost to fish - ask for details) A BBQ, firepit, and a pool (June-September) ensure that your stay will be idyllic in this picturesque setting.

Come for Autumn Winter 2025/6 with a 30% reduction!! (Already applied) A charming farmhouse set in 10 hectares of land, in an enviable position with exceptional views. To be enjoyed at any time of year. Search for orchids in Spring; laze by the (shared) infinity pool in Summer; enjoy roast meats and chestnuts in the fireplace in Autumn or cozy up next to the Christmas tree with family in Winter. Saint Robert, one of ‘Les Plus Beaux Villages des France’, is only a few mins away or 20 min walk.

Little Owl Cottage

Lovely cosy cottage for one or two set on our little French farm in the beautiful and peaceful North Dordogne countryside. The cottage is nestled in 30 acres of fields and woodland where you can watch our many animals pottering around enjoying their sunny French retirement! We are halfway between the pretty villages of Mialet and Saint-Jory-de-Chalais which are well serviced with shops, bars, restaurants and boulangeries. Both villages are less than 5 minutes by car or 30 minutes on foot.

A fully equipped, well situated bungalow.

The bungalow is set in a mature enclosed private garden. which is dog friendly. It has just been fully refurbished including new kitchen and bathroom. The village is La Chapelle-Montbrandeix in the Haute Vienne and is surrounded by lakes and forest. The village has an excellent bar restaurant which is within walking distance. The closest town is Cussac which is approx 10 mins by car it has quite a few shops including supermarket chemist hairdressers doctors surgery and restaurants.

Built in an ecological way with its burnt wood cladding, its atypical style will not leave you indifferent. You will enjoy its large terrace and stunning views of the pond on sunny days, as well as its interior with its soft and cozy atmosphere, and its wood stove for your long evenings.

Green & Blue

This atmospheric and spacious apartment of more than 50 m², dating from around 1640, is a wonderful place to stay. Thanks to the authentic, thick stone walls, it stays wonderfully cool in summer. Towels, bedding and kitchen towels are already ready for you, and you are welcome to make free use of our garden and natural swimming pond. And of course: everyone is welcome with us. We are LGBTQI+-friendly and believe in a place where everyone feels free and at home!

Come and enjoy a 46m2 chalet in Périgord Vert with its terrace and direct view of the lake. On the ground floor: a fully equipped kitchen. A lounge area. A bathroom with bathtub. A separate toilet. A double room. A covered terrace with bbq. Upstairs: A mezzanine with a sofa bed, a double bed and a children's area. Located in a holiday village, enjoy a heated swimming pool in season, a petanque court, beach volleyball, a beach and a playground.

This small apartment is located on the ground floor of a large house, on a quiet street between Place Carnot and Parc Thuyas, a 20-minute walk to the hyper center. It consists of a small living room with equipped kitchen, a bathroom with walk-in shower and a bedroom that opens onto a private and shaded courtyard. (I accept short stays but for the sake of ecological responsibility, I no longer provide linens except on request. €12 supplement)

Le Moulin Gite

Le Moulin is a self contained gite next to the pretty river Bandiat. It sleeps up to 7 people in 3 bedrooms. Guests enjoy a large private kitchen and living space and an en suite bathroom with every room. A cot may be added. Dogs are welcome for a charge of 10€ per night per dog. Le Moulin gite has a seating/BBQ area outside and access to the 8ha of grounds. There is a large woodburner downstairs and electric heating in the bedrooms.

Our converted barn is located in the Haute Vienne which is part of the famous Limousin region of central France. It offers the relaxation you need with self catering accommodation and is the ideal place to forget about stress and to unwind. Please note: The parking is for one car only. No trailers, transit vans, camper vans or motor homes are permitted.
