In the 1890’s Charles Ginocchio, owner of the Ginocchio Hotel and the Ginocchio home, had this home built by C. G. Lancaster for Emile Meyers, who operated a saloon in the hotel. Lakeside Cabin on Lake O' the Pines
If you are seeking a quiet place to relax and enjoy the beautiful sunset on the water, look no further than this new lakeside cabin on Lake O' the Pines. There is not a boat dock but around the corner is a boat ramp and of course you can fish from the shore. This shoreline is not the best for swimming it has several stumps but great for fishing. We do not have Wi-Fi but good cell phone service/hotspot. Restaurants and shopping 20 miles in the historical town of Jefferson.

Private suite w/King bed & great shower!
This is a 552sqft apartment within our home. It has a completely private driveway and entrance and secure locking interior door between units. One of the features we think you'll most enjoy is the spacious shower with all the hot water you could want! The kitchenette is ready for a bit of cooking if you like. In addition to the King bed, the sofa folds into a bed suitable for an older child or young adult, and a twin mattress on the floor is available upon request.
