Dear future guests, Welcome to our fantastic duplex apartment! Please note that this was previously our home. Simba and I lived here happily for a while, and everything was custom-built to my liking (1st-floor apartment). Located a 15-minute walk from the city centre and a 5-minute walk from the train station, I hope this accommodation will provide a remarkable experience for those seeking comfort, style and convenience. Terrace on the water, chestnut cottage

Hidden between maples and bamboos, the chestnut cottage is located right on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water. Private entrance, free adjoining parking, not overlooked by the rest of the estate which consists of 30,000 m2 of a small private stable, a small cottage and our home. Ideally located 5 minutes from Nevers and surrounded by 1500 ha of Amognes state forest directly accessible on foot. Calm and nature predominate in this preserved place out of time.

Manor Flower Cottage

The cottage is located on the property of a 16th century mansion, in a wine region close to La Charité sur Loire, Pouilly sur Loire, Sancerre... Equipped with an independent entrance, it has its own garden and laundry annex. Completely restored we have decorated it by chinant and working with local materials. The ground floor includes a living room with kitchenette and shower room. The room is on the mezzanine. Enjoy the peace and quiet and greenery!
