The property commands stunning views of the Santa Margerita Church and the scenic gardens, bastion walls and skyline of the 'Three Cities'.

There is lots of natural light, air conditioning, TV, open roof space with Sea Views, and a private laundry room. It's less than 5 minutes walk to the Sunday Market or a plentiful choice of restaurants and bars for dining on the waterfront. there are 3 bedrooms available according to number of guests.

Apartment is close to all amenities including restaurants and public transport and is situated 2 mins walk to the sea (one of the nicest beach in Malta). Neighbourhood is particularly quite and friendly.

The place is dominated by the sea view onto the Marsa / Floriana / Valletta part of the grand harbor. It’s an exciting view with lots of ships coming in and out.
