The dwelling is located in the village of Ruś, 7km from Olsztyn, on a hill, next to several houses. Spacious living room, kitchen, fireplace, sauna, large, bright terrace, BBQ grill, large garden, swings, hammocks, table tennis table. There are four bedrooms that can accommodate up to 11 people (3+3+3+2). Two bathrooms (each with toilet and shower) and an extra toilet.

Each of the facilities has a private hot tub with a Jacuzzi. The cottage has two double bedrooms located on the mezzanine. At the bottom there is a living room with a kitchenette (TV with Netflix, fireplace). The kitchen is fully equipped (fridge, freezer, electric hob, dishwasher, oven, electric kettle, coffee maker).
