The main open plan living area has futon couch and flat screen TV or retreat to the sleep-out/ third bedroom which has additional TV and couch.

Entrance is by your own private doorway at the front of our house to a large double bedroom with en suite and includes a kitchenette where you can enjoy the breakfast provided & cook basic food. Wireless internet, T.V, Hi Fi, at your fingertips. The long & quiet Kawana beach is 3 minutes walk away, Kawana Shopping world & many interesting cafes & restaurants within easy reach, after, relax by our pool. The neighbourhood is very quiet, friendly and safe.

The beach house on the hill

Our little studio is attached to our house, therefore you might hear us from time to time. It’s a beach style place , where you can relax and enjoy your breakfast on your own private patio. Please note that there is a simple outdoor kitchen, with sink ,BBQ, fridge, kettle and microwave. You have a private entrance via the front yard ( as seen on one of the photos). Our neighbourhood is quite , and you might see some of our beautiful wildlife, like colourful Rainbow Lorikket and kangaroos

Sun Filled Beach Guest House, Mudjimba

Our private Guest House is just a short stroll from beautiful Mudjimba beach offering you a relaxing romantic getaway or a creative space to work. One bedroom with Queen bed, desk, crisp linen, comfortable lounge, TV, dining area and window seat. A full kitchen includes a coffee maker, although we highly recommend the local cafes and restaurants which are an easy walk away. Relax just metres from the beach in a bespoke, architectural house designed for relaxation, comfort and fun. Fully equipped with all luxury modern conveniences, and with the whole family in mind, you can relax by the pool, by the fire pit, in our outdoor bath, observatory deck, or slide down the double corkscrew slide, or simply enjoy the beach views from the deck. Please note this is a family house and not suitable for groups of 12 adults (maximum of 8 adults & 4 children).
