Maison Marcks Champagne | Old Town Ay

It is not known which year the house was built but its antique oak beams throughout the building date from at least early 1600's. Tall ceilings offer a spacious and airy yet very cosy space across three floors. The courtyard has a lunch/dining area as well as a lounge area under roof by the open fire place - you have private access to this tranquil and magical space. Maison Marcks is a comfortable and exclusive home to stay in while exploring Champagne and its many legendary vineyards.

Small house at the edge of the woods

Welcome to the little orchard's house. This small house is located on the edge of a private wood of 40 hectares (populated by deer, hedgehogs and foxes) set up for your walks. This cottage built in 1927 was imagined as a small country house in the heart of nature. It is surrounded by an orchard planted with apple trees and cherry trees. Its location at the foot of Reims Mountain makes it the perfect place to discover the region.

House at the bottom of the garden, shower room 20 meters away and independent from the main house. The double bed is on the mezzanine, access by the ladder, it is 160 x 200 cm, and there is a sofa for a 3rd person. Kitchen: fridge, small freezer above (Picard is 50 m from the house), Tassimo coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave/grill. There's no water point or stovetop. I put bottles of water at my disposal

Welcome to the Château de la Malmaison, In the family for 6 generations, we took over this home and completely renovated it during a year of intense work completed in December 2019. Ideally located between Reims (20 min) and Epernay (8 min), you will be in an exceptional setting. The house is in a family property and a 6-hectare park. In the form of lodgings you will find everything you need.

Need a few quiet days, far from the noise of the city? Come relax in my recent WFH (wooden frame house) which was designed for a confortable stay and spend a few days in the countryside, in the heart of the Ardre Valley, among fields, vineyards and forests. You will be 30 minutes from Reims and Epernay. 90 minutes from central Paris by car. Possibility of a third bedroom on request.
