You'll have the entire upper part of the house to yourselves! The apartment is not lockable as it is an emergency exit. Almost all guests are extremely satisfied! Eppeltree is part of a converted farm and is located in an orchard in the middle of the nature reserve, with a breathtaking view into the sunset. The accommodation is fully equipped, including a kitchen for self-catering, everything is included in the rental price. Washing / drying possible for an extra € 5, bike shed available.

My property is located in the quiet district of Auf der Weissmark, in the immediate vicinity of the local recreation and nature reserve Mattheiser Weiher . Downtown is 4 km away, there is a very good bus connection. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and has its own lockable entrance. A private car parking space is located right in front of the house. The small daylight bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and sink.

Completely renovated former flagman's house situated on the international cycling trail "RAVEL" which leads from Troisvierges (Luxembourg) to Aachen (Germany), 125 km. The railway tracks were demolished and flooded. The house is now situated near a small stream, surrounded bay nature in complete quietness, far from any settlement.
