Beachfront holiday with terrace

In a decent family environment in the most beautiful bay of Avşa Island. 10-minute walk to the pier, 3 minutes to the markets, 15 minutes to the entertainment centers. Our seafront mansion villa apartments are fully furnished and equipped with domestic appliances. You can start your holiday with just your suitcase, without the need for any additional items. Due to its location on the beachfront and in the decent family environment of Avşa Island, there are very few daily accommodation facilities around it and it has the calmest beach. 1+1 penthouse, sleeps two.

If you stay in this centrally located place, you'll be close to everything as a family. You will have the top floor or middle floor of the building you look at from the exterior. Our garden is a common area, we are staying on the lowest floor ourselves. You can barbecue and set up your barbecue softas in the garden. It takes 5-6 minutes to walk to the pier. A pleasant holiday on Marmara Island

Our place is in a bay with a separate beach outside the center. It is a special house intertwined with garden pleasure, intertwined with art. This apartment belongs to my deceased father-in-law, Painter Prof. It was Mustafa Asler's workshop. The apartment also exhibits his works and working tools.
