Holiday houses in Marlboro Township

This was the perfect cozy getaway. Everything we needed was available. Lizbeth was a perfect hostess. Great suggestion, and very accommodating.. I felt right at home.. I plan on coming here again

We had a terrific time. It’s a lovely home- 20 min from Shawnee mountain and steps away from an indoor/outdoor pool facility (depends on weather), sledding hill and small skiing hill with ski lift. I would absolutely stay here again- and highly recommend for anyone with young kids looking to teach them to ski. Very very convenient. The hosts were available for questions and were friendly/flexible. Incredible customer service. We will be back!

The place looked just like the pictures and was great! The bed was so comfortable! The coach was great to lay or sit on. We were only there for a couple days. It was great to be so close to the shore and boardwalk.

We absolutely loved our stay! Giancarlo and Francesca were responsive and attentive hosts. We initially misunderstood the check-out time, thinking it was 11:30 AM instead of 10:00 AM. Once we realized our mistake, we asked if we could extend our check-out to 11:30 AM, and they were more than happy to accommodate us. Although it may seem like a small gesture, it made a huge difference for us. Thank you for being our host. I highly recommend booking this cozy home!

We loved staying at Penko's place. It was perfect for our family of 4. Just a short walk to the beach/boardwalk. The place was clean and looked just like the photos. Would love to stay here again!

Absolutely superb hosts and such a great location. Steven couldn’t have been a better host, our kids and us loved his place and would highly recommend. Thoughtful touches everywhere and very clean. Hope we can stay again sometime.

This place was the perfect little getaway from our busy blended family life! The bed was insanely comfortable, very plush comforter and pillows, everything was clean, and it is RIGHT on the ocean. You can lay in bed and see the sunrise! Definitely exceeded my expectations and Dean was incredibly friendly, helpful, and kind. I highly recommend and this will be my go to getaway spot.

Great place! Its really close the beach, allowing us to spend the day at the beach and go to the unit for dinner, then go back out to the boardwalk easily. Its a bit smaller than other places in the price range, but the difference between other places is the distance to the beach which makes a huge difference. Next time i'll probably look to book his bigger house in the front. Nothing wrong with the place, great location. A few quick notes (especially if you have kids) the washer\dryer is on premise below the unit, rather than in the unit itself. Its a walk up, second story. Parking is only on the street, but easy to find and he provides the parking permits. There's also a shared outdoor shower unit which makes it easier to wash sand off.

We felt right at home here. Location was perfect. Easy to get to the beach and boardwalk or to fun shopping and dining on Cookman. The house was just right for us and our two pups, but certainly could have accommodated friends if we wanted. Parking in the back was so easy. The yard was great and neighbors are really nice, too! Leilani checked in to make sure everything was ok, which was appreciated. Wish we could have stayed longer, but we will be back!
