It can be rented as a B&B but also as a vacation home for a longer period. If you want to go back to basic, have an open mind and don't need perfection, then relax and enjoy our self-made garden house! We built it with much love and fun in a creative, organic way from recycled, found and donated materials. The (20 square m.) little house is simple, but under the care of a big Douglas Pine tree and with enough basic elements in kitchen, house and own private garden you can feel relaxed safe and happy! 26 km from Amsterdam 24 km Utrecht 5,6 km Hilversum 200m from nature!

This beautiful studio with garden view in a family home is a peaceful place just 15 minutes away from the busy city center. The entrance to the house is communal, we live on the top floors, but the studio has its own entrance from the hallway and has private access to the garden with view on and entrance to a canal. The studio has a kitchen with basic cooking equipment (microwave, hot plates, pans, coffeemaker etc), shower, toilet and seating area to make your stay as convenient as possible.

The studio is located on the 1st floor of this monumental building from the 18th century. The center and harbor area of ​​Hoorn can be reached within walking distance. Here you will find many cozy terraces and restaurants and shops. From this accommodation you can also enjoy the IJsselmeer in the immediate vicinity. Or plan day trips to beautiful places in the region such as Medemblik, Edam, Monnickendam and Volendam, Amsterdam and Alkmaar are easy to reach by train. Station is nearby (1 km)

On the second floor of a rebuilt traditional Waterland house is this beautifully renovated apartment, once used as a hayloft. Located in the protected natural area of the Zeevang polder land (EU Natura 2000), famous for its birds like godwits, spoonbills, and lapwings. The view it offers is among the most beautiful in the Netherlands. Middelie is very near Amsterdam (25 km). Other historical places like Edam, Volendam, Marken, Hoorn, and Alkmaar are never far away (5–30 min. by car).

Enjoy the beautiful view that extends to the Markermeer, make use of the reading material or take a seat on your terrace where the cows pass you.

It’s decorated with modern art and vintage details. From the studio you will step out on your private terrace. Studio offers free coffee and tea as well as free WiFi. We renovated our garage (10m2) into a lovely guesthouse with all comfort you need during a stay near Amsterdam! Almere is a big town very good for shopping and dining. Im sure you will enjoy it here. Please note the cabin has a private entrance and it's own bathroom. There is no kitchen or fridge, but there is coffee and tea and a supermarket just 5 minutes walking distance. The supermarket is open every day with fresh croissants for breakfast!
