The house offers a lot of comfort and privacy, which allows you to disconnect and enjoy excellent views and spectacular sunsets, being located in a unique point, without houses in front and with few neighboring houses (appearance that distinguishes it). It has an excellent presence of sun, being facing north. It has a Nordic tub, ideal for cooling off in summer and relaxing any time of the year, as it has a wood-burning boiler to heat the water.

Only 4 kms Minas enjoy a wonderful environment. You will be able to exclusively enjoy the coast of the big bell creek, with a privileged view from any room of the house. Find you Animals, lizards, hares, hens, carpinchos, a donkey that your little ones and you will be able to enjoy feeding it. The use of speakers is not allowed, therefore you will enjoy your holidays in peace. The pool is enabled from Nov 1 to April 1 and is for exclusive use.
