Spectacular apartment with a large balcony, in the heart of Quito's commercial-financial area. It is comfortable, quiet, private and safe. There are several shopping centers nearby: Quicentro Shopping, CCI, Plaza de las América, Mall El Jardín, as well as La Carolina Park and the Financial Platform. You'll also find pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants, banks, and movie theaters nearby. The new metro stop is very close; in 8 minutes you can get to the Historic Center. The airport is 40 minutes away.

El departamento cuenta con todas las comodidades para largas y cortas estancias.
