This listing is exactly like the photos- spotless, clean and a beautiful modern building. The location is close to several corner stores, restaurants and pharmacies. The streets are well lit and felt safe at night. The host is very communicative and sent clear check in procedures.

To be honest this was probably the best Airbnb I've ever stayed at. Prior to my arrival Karen provided me with very clear instructions and she even made sure I got in safely which I appreciate a lot. (I arrived past midnight.) Not only was the place super cozy and located in very nice neighbourhood, but if you're a fan of interior design you will be blown away. The bathroom especially was amazing. Karen and her husband were super attentive, ready to give me local recommedations & even a ride to the amazing breakfast spot. They helped me with everything, I could even use a washing machine which was very helpful after my travels. Highely recommended if you're looking for a quite place in not so busy area. It requiers taxis to go up the hill (but they're cheap) and walking down the hill is full of amazing viewpoints. I ended up staying a little longer and would definitely stay again. <3 Thank you so much.

This home was absolutely beautiful and very spacious. The host was very communicative and helped us with any questions we had promptly. The area is very fun with lots of great restaurants and bars, though a bit noisy at night. Some reviews had said there were issues with hot water but this was not a problem for us, the host explained how to change the water settings and it was very warm. The air conditioning was excellent. Overall I would highly recommend this location for large groups!

My experience in the apartment was excellent. From the first moment, everything was impeccably clean, which conveys a lot of tranquility. The location is ideal, close to everything but in a quiet area, perfect for rest. The decor is modern and cozy, and the place is very comfortable, with everything you need for a pleasant stay. In addition, the host was exceptional: always attentive, friendly, and willing to help. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back.

It is a very nice house, which is why I extend the stay, very quiet and safe, no bulla. The view of the house is stunning from the terrace and main room. Paul is a great host too. Everything was great.

It has a great location within a short drive of the airport, giving easy access to Cumbaya and Quito. It is also easy to drive south to Cotopaxi, north to Mindo, without going through Quito. The house is large and lovely, with a good kitchen, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, and has a washer and drier. You can walk to little stores nearby to get basic supplies. It is a perfect base of operations for a trip to Ecuador.

I was very happy with my stay, small details with the use of the facilities that Silvana resolved immediately, but outside of that the place is beautiful, clean, I would return without a doubt, I would recommend the place is beautiful and very clean which is what I loved most, the location is ideal.

Fabiola has his apartment located very close to the hospital where my uncle operated, his kindness is excellent, everything is very good and recommended for those who like to visit the city.
