The Hilltop Perch is the upper level of our guest cottage nestled on 10 mountainous acres. Beautiful mountain views often include a stunning sunset (weather permitting) here on the property. We are private and relatively secluded, yet less than 10 minutes from I- 26 and Asheville Regional Airport. The Perch is a great hub for exploring Asheville, Hendersonville, the Biltmore Estate and surrounding mountains. The space is cozy, efficient and clean. Stone Front Retreat- 10 mins to downtown Asheville

A newly built, first floor unit equipped with all the modern conveniences to make your stay comfortable. A queen bed in the bedroom, and sofa bed in the living room. Fast WiFi, plenty of privacy, a small creek to sit by, and very close to everything you need - 10 mins to downtown Asheville, 5 mins to quaint Weaverville, Beaver lake - bird sanctuary, and great restaurants. The Blue Ridge Parkway is minutes away, leading you to hiking trails, waterfalls & vistas for gorgeous sunrises and sunsets.

The "Hut" in Banner Elk NC

The "Hut" is less than one mile from the red light in downtown Banner Elk. Only a fifteen minute walk or less than two minute drive will put you in the heart of this quaint little town. Less than half a mile to the local brewery and only a ten minute walk to the town park. The owners are on premises and very attentive to the needs of their guests. Those interested in hosting parties should look for other accommodations. Strict no pet policy. The space will only accommodate two guests.
