Holiday rentals with a kayak in Marion

Super clean, very comfortable beds, spacious, all the extras from kitchen to games to blankets and game room + patio seating and hot tub. We appreciated all of it! Keith and team were very responsive. We had a small issue with the heat, which they told us about at check-in. We were able to get resolution immediately. There are dogs at the neighbors that barked most of the night, to which this is NOT Keith's fault and we understood that completely and is NOT a reason to not book. A separate neighbor let us know that cops have been called and they're waiting on the city to actually do something about it. The game room was so nice and this was the perfect location for our stay - the ballpark was close which is the reason for our visit. Highly recommend for family or friends wanting to gather! Loved it all.

Our group of girls had a wonderful time. the pool room was warm, the hot tub was well maintained. the place was clean, the house was well maintained, and the view of the lake was peaceful. the set up with many sleeping options could be great for a variety of groups. overall, this Airbnb is well worth the price for the amenities like the pool and hot tub, the sleeping options, the peaceful atmosphere, and the cleanliness.

This a beautiful property. We spent a lovely weekend here and enjoyed the setting. It was great for three couples. We used the main house and one of the cabins. We enjoyed eating breakfast outside and sitting by the fire at night. Thanks for a great weekend

perfect clean place to stay great views

What a beautiful place nestled in the woods—a little piece of heaven! Surrounded by blooming bluebells, a variety of birds perfect for birdwatching, a peaceful creek with a tire swing, and even an outdoor projector for movie nights—this place has it all and more. Located near Shawnee Forest trails, including the stunning Garden of the Gods, it’s the ideal spot for outdoor adventures. This was our second stay, and once again, everything was perfect. The hosts are incredibly accommodating and quick to respond. Highly recommend!

My wife, friends, and I were in the area for the Tunnel Hill 100. The location of the house was great. Only about 25 minutes from Vienna City Park where the race started. There was plenty of room for all of us. The home was exceptionally clean, and the views of the lake were amazing. Megan was a great host. She quickly answered all of the questions I had and kept in good touch with us. I am considering returning to the race next year. Catching Rays is definitely a place I would return to.

Lovely house - beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, clean. Well appointed kitchen - we cooked most of our meals and had everything we needed. Jen was very helpful and responded quickly. We loved sitting on the porch and by the fire pit. Highly recommend!

Other than inclement weather, our group had a nice stay. Michelle responds quickly with any questions. The house was very clean when we arrived and possessed all the essentials that you need. Would definitely recommend this house!

This is a perfect little cottage near the lake. It had everything we needed, including nice outdoor patio spaces for eating and a big firepit. You can't see much of the lake from the cottage, but it's easy to get to - across a quiet road and down a very long flight of stairs. There's a nice big dock for fishing, swimming, star gazing at night, boating, and just relaxing and enjoying the view (it's a particularly scenic section of the lake because there is no development on the other side of the water - just forest!). We loved having access to kayaks and enjoyed fishing off the dock. Would love to return in summer when we can swim and do even more water activities!

Our group of long time friends had a great time there. The house is great and had lots of amenities. Very roomy and had one of the best stocked kitchens I’ve seen for a rental. We enjoyed the game room, fire pit and large deck. We would definitely rent there again! The host is quick to respond to any questions we had.

The cabin was clean, secluded and very peaceful. We will stay there again when visiting family. Thank you Tom for a nice stay!

I had a wonderful stay over Christmas to visit family. Bradley created a very festive atmosphere and I felt very much at home! He was very responsive to any questions and gave great directions. The property was absolutely beautiful, perfect for morning coffee by the pond. Lots of wildlife and space to roam. Walking, bikes, and canoe were great! It is quite secluded off the beaten path but easy to find with instruction. It was perfect and my family and I loved this stay. Definitely recommend and definitely would return! A huge Thank You from my family to yours.

This was our 2nd stay at one of Allison's listings and she is just the best host! This was a perfect getaway for our girls weekend of Books, BFFs, and Bass! The cabin had everything we needed and it was so peaceful.
