This ground level apartment is a 20 minute walk to downtown Morgantown as well as on the city bus line. The White park trails are a block away and it is near the Morgantown municipal ice rink. There are two grocery stores within a mile as well as a local tavern with amazing food and cold beer. ( one block away) The apartment is day bright and cozy at night. Queen bed. Fresh, clean and spacious. Full kitchen and utility room with washer and dryer. Private entrance and outdoor living space.

Sugarland Farmhouse

Sugarland Farm is located at 210 Sugarland Way. It was built as a large family home in 2011. It is a 5700 square foot French country home on 12.5 acres that is only 12 minutes to the interstate and approximately 15 minutes to the WVU Health Sciences Center campus and Football Stadium. The farm has chickens to watch as you enjoy the countryside. The farm is at the end of 1/2 mile of gravel road and beyond the farm is hundreds of acres of mountainside.

Newly renovated townhouse available. This unit has been redone top to bottom which includes our floors, kitchen, paint, bathroom, etc. Furniture is also all new! There is tons of natural light in the living space and bedrooms. Mins away from University Town Center, WVU stadium, Ruby General, and WVU downtown campus. There is construction nearby the townhomes but you can’t hear any noise. There will be be dirt at the entrance

Dunkard Loft, near downtown/WVU!

Relax at our convenient getaway- a simple loft, recently renovated, perfect for a small family, couple, or small group of friends! Only a short drive or uber trip to downtown, WVU, and the stadium. Our space is new and we are still working out some details, for example, the refrigerator does not seem to be working. The loft is its own space, completely private and separate from the first floor.
