Free wifi, smart tv, 1 king bed and 1 twin bed, full bathroom, 2 recliners, sink, mini fridge, and an outside charcoal grill. Wide doors and no steps make this unit wheelchair assessable. Located between The White River State Park and Gastons, both of which provide a public ramp and boat rental business.

There is approximately 500 sq. feet downstairs that includes a full kitchen, bathroom with a shower, and a washer and dryer. Both levels have a 32" screen TV with streaming. There is also a nice outdoor living space with a covered porch and a large deck.
