Holiday rentals with lake access in Marino

Gaia’s house is everything you could wish for - perfectly located in beautiful Anguillara, well decorated and full with anything you need, cozy, comfortable and with a stunning view from the living room and bedroom. Around you will find the lake, great restaurants and coffee bars, and paid parking close by. Easily one of the nicest places we’ve stayed in, and Gaia was a generous host, attentive and communicative. Will definitely come back!

We loved at stay at this beautiful place! Andrea and Chiara were wonderful hosts, responsive, helpful and very resourceful! The accommodation was spotless and perfect for our little family of four (2 adults and 2 young children). Plenty of places to eat nearby and the view of the lake is just spectacular! We wish we could have stayed longer.

Tolle Kommunikation im Vorfeld. Die Wohnung selbst ist modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber und verfügt über einen tollen Blick über den See. Wir sind von hier aus nach Rom gestartet. Wir kommen wieder 😊

Abbiamo trascorso 2 giorni splendidi, non solo perché il clima ci ha accompagnato con un bel sole e il mare è spettacolare, ma soprattutto perché ci ritiravamo in un oasi di pace. La casa ha tutto il necessario, letti comodissimi, bagno spazioso e funzionale, cucina attrezzata, e tutto nuovo. Fuori c'è lo spazio privato con sedie, tavolo, divano e amaca e lo spazio in comune con l'altro appartamento che comprende barbecue, parcheggio, solarium e una zona con divani e amaca molto bella. Dire che l'host è reattivo è riduttivo, Gianluca è stato presente in tutte le nostre necessità da consigli sulla zona fino al cambio di una gomma bucata. Grazie di tutto ci torneremo sicuramente.

L'alloggio era davvero bello, sia all'esterno per la sua collocazione nella parte più antica di Trevignano Romano, sia all'interno con un arredamento molto accogliente e rispettoso del tipo di ambiente. All'interno abbiamo trovato tutti i comfort promessi e l'Host Ambra è stata davvero gentile e disponibile. Lo raccomando senz'altro

Our family had a wonderful stay here and really appreciated the host's flexibility and responsiveness. The location is amazing; a 30 second walk gets you to the lake, 2 minutes gets you to the local restaurants and shops. The house was spacious and comfortable and at an amazing value. I hope we can visit again!

Casa incantevole in un posto tranquillo e silenzioso circondato dalla natura, con una meravigliosa vista sul lago. Host sempre disponibile. Ideale per bambini e cani. Ci siamo sentiti a casa.

We had a wonderful 2 day stay. Manuel's place is the perfect distance outside the chaos of Rome. We used it as a base to tour Rome driving to the Jonio metro station, parking and traveling into the center by train.

Appartamento piccolo ma accogliente in una zona splendida, esci e sei in un borgo medievale, fai due passi e sei a fare colazione in riva al lago. Anguillara inoltre è collegata a Roma dal treno, in mezz'ora sei alla stazione di San Pietro, logisticamente una soluzione ideale. Simona gentile, reattiva e precisa. Consiglio.

Un lugar excelente para quedarse. Muy accesible a toda la ciudad yo me movilicé en scooter y conocí toda la ciudad de Roma perfectamente. La zona puede parecer caótica al inicio pero en realidad es la esencia del lugar y su cultura. El apartamento increíble todo impecable. Espacio, calidad y detalles de primera! De todas maneras recomiendo este lugar, volvería a quedarme cada vez que visite Roma.

Giulio’s apartment is a quiet break from the busy tourist spots of Rome. Located in a peaceful residential neighborhood just a couple of blocks from the Tiber, you can easily catch public transportation to visit tourist spots. The apartment was super clean, and Giulio was a great help with local recommendations. I highly recommend!!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful jewel of an Airbnb. The location is fantastic, situated right at the base of the castle. The suite was beautifully appointed and had everything we needed. Our host was incredibly thoughtful and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. I was very pleased with our experience and would definitely stay here again!

Eleonora's place is an absolute gem - both in terms of location and the residence itself. The historic centre at the top of the hill where it's located is private and quiet, but a very short walk down to the lakeside. Lake Bracciano is extremely beautiful and there's so much to do there. The residence itself has every facility you need on a holiday, and was very comfortable - I can't think of anything I would change. Eleonora is also very responsive and proactive in her communication. Definitely my top option to stay the next time I visit Rome.

Andreas place was great for our needs. A quaint place inside the cobble stone roads characteristic of the area and a few steps from a small restaurant with good prices and outside chairs in front of a fountain. Andreas included treats for us that made the breakfast time easier (jellies, toasts, tea and coffee cups). The place has a minimalist ambiance that takes advantage of the space and still makes you feel you have enough room. We will definitely recommend it.

Appartamento come nelle foto, spazioso e ben disposto, in un quartiere residenziale molto tranquillo. Posizione perfetta per assistere a concerti ed eventi zona Foro Italico e Stadio Olimpico. Consigliato!

We found the perfect rental in Anguillara Sabazia. This home is even more lovely in person. We had everything we needed. The views from the balcony are amazing.

Abitazione immersa nell'incantevole verde del lago del Turano, con accesso esclusivo al lago. All'interno troverete il necessario per un confortevole soggiorno. Essendo stata adibita, di recente, come casa vacanze, alcune aree dell'abitazione sono in fase di organizzazione. L' Host è super disponibile e gentile. Consiglio vivamente.

Barbara's casaletto is a magical place to be. the house itself is cosy and welcoming and the garden is so special. The location is amazing, you are right on the lake with clear waters and lots of activities to do. we didn't have a car and walking to the lakeside restaurants was not far but would recommend head torches if coming back in the dark. The walk up to Bracciano is very steep and with a buggy the further away path is the only passable one and it is so worth it. The view, the castle, the restaurants and ice cream. Barbara was a fantastic host and we truly had the most incredible days and will definitely be coming back year after year. Thank you, Barbara you have created a little paradise
