I just cannot describe how much of a paradise this house/location is. Rossa and her father were extremely kind and helpful. Gifts, great smiles and availability. Everything clean and tidy. The house is equipped with everything we need to be comfortable. Restaurants and supermarket at walking distance. The outside shower is delicious. The location is priceless. The amount of peace that we got there cannot be described. Please, don’t change your mind about being WiFi free!!! We will surely be back.

I stayed in this beautiful home for the Christmas holidays with my family. Large and very welcoming rooms, the house is furnished with style and elegance, nothing was missing in the kitchen. The outdoor spaces are very well maintained. Mrs. Lorella is a fantastic person who welcomed us warmly and pampered us in the true sense of the word by providing us with Christmas decorations, a welcome basket, bringing us delicious hot pastries the morning after our arrival and on Christmas morning typical sweets made by her, the purcedduzzi. I sincerely thank Mrs. Lorella and her husband for everything!

We spent a week in this small house ideally located 50m from the beach and with a rooftop terrace with magnificent sea views = TOP Small downside on the bathroom because the shower is small, we got out but it can be complicated for other people. Woke up in the morning by the work of the neighbors but Michele is not responsible for it. Finally on a positive note, the direct neighbors are extremely friendly and the homemade limoncello was delicious 🤤

Georgio was a great host. He was friendly, helpful, informative and made us feel right at home. Good location for exploring the area with lovely views over the water.

It was really perfect. The apartment looks the same as in the photo, just a dream. Luciano was a very accommodating and friendly host who provided us with numerous tips and was always available. We would book his apartment again anytime and fully recommend it. Some plus points: -Very high rooms for a unique indoor climate -Acondition - Bathroom with window to ventilate - Very bright -Super location - central yet quiet - Very clean - Free parking in the surrounding alleys - Inside as new -Coffee machine, washing machine, clothes rack, gas stove, large fridge with freezer compartment, plenty of dishes and cooking utensils ...everything you need is there! The owners were very helpful and with a "out of the ordinary" welcome (much appreciated by us). Upon check-in, the owner Luigi explained his magical world with clarity and simplicity (garden area, barbecue, chicken coop, laundry, relaxation area with pool). As for the apartment, very clean and tidy, quiet and close to the most beautiful beaches (in half anhour by car you could reach the main ones). The most appreciated by us was Baia Verde in Gallipoli ( 10 minute drive). The apartment also offers a breathtaking view at sunset to enjoy in the beautiful green lawn that surrounds the estate. On the patio of the apartment you can have nice dinners. What to say.... magical experience and we thank Luigi and his wife infinitely for this wonderful vacation full of emotions that made us disconnect from all the usual daily routine and monotony. We had a great time during our holidays. Everything was very neat and instructions were clear. The position of the accomodation is quietly based to explore the south of Puglia.

The holiday bungalow is equipped with everything you could wish for. The host is easy and quick to reach, we received good tips on shopping and dining in the area. The towns surrounding are beautiful and authentic. It was a relaxing and at the same time impressive vacation.

Paolo was really great. His recommendations were awesome. And the place is something incredible. It has such a genius loci. I hope I will come back one day again.

Great place to unwind with the pool available for use and the nearby beaches a short walk or drive away. The listing is as described with everything you need. Only downside was a lot of the nearby restaurants and shops were closed due to the time of year we visited. Suspect during the summer months this would not be the case.

Set in peaceful countryside close to the sea, Villa Rosmarini is a wonderful place to stay and explore the Salento region. The villa is comfortable, well equipped and spacious for a couple or four people. From the roof terrace you can relax and watch the sun set over the sea. Stefania was a very helpful, friendly and responsive host. It's very close to Nardo, a pretty Baroque town with good shops and restaurants, and also close to Gallipoli (great for seafood). The local beach at Porto Selvaggio is a real treat. Would definitely stay again when we hopefully come back.

We enjoyed a great family holiday at the nice beach of punto Prosciutto (off season!). Angelo and his wife were very kind and super professional hosts. A new Airbnb experience was that Angelo asked us to sign a separate contract and comittment to the rules of the house. Although the list of rules and instructions is quite long its only common sense behavior and a respectful treatment of his property that he asks for. So, no problem to sign. And the result is a well maintained and clean experience for all his guests. Some information is not so clear from the general description of the house but every information is given in the rules for the stay on the airbnb page which you should devinetively read prior to the booking: e.g. for a family of 4 you have only access to 2 sleeping rooms and the use of the Pool comes with an aditional fee of 7.50€ per erson per day. we didnt use the Pool since I was not sure whether my kids (5&7) would easily follow the rules for it. We enjoyed the sea!

A beautiful place to explore wider Puglia from. Great host. Would return. Situated just north of Porto Cesareo. Car essential with parking space inside secure perimeter walls. Most sights were 45-90 minute drive. Modern, clean with comfortable furnishings and beds. Well equipped kitchen. Self-catered: 20 mins to nearest Lidl. Short drive to reach restaurants (10 minutes). End of October still warm and sunny in daytime (shorts, t-shirt and slides). Able to swim in small pool (very refreshing though ☺️) and in the sea at nearby beach (5 mins walk: sandy and shallow). Arrived after a severe rain so suffered more with mosquitoes outside which stopped us sitting out in the evenings sadly. Solar-powered hot water very limited (max 2 very short showers). No hot water from kitchen tap. Immersion heater did not seem to get temperature past tepid even after a couple of hours. Would be less of an issue in high summer. Out of season largely was silent around (beach club noise one evening).

Great vacation. Michele was very helpful and kind! The house is very close to the sea and the area is full of shops and restaurants. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed the time very much. The house was spacious and the garden ideal for with children. Allessandra was easily accessible. The reception was through their parents, who were very nice. Thanks for everything🙏🏻

the house as described is just a few meters from the beaches and the free beach in a week I never needed to take the car to get around .Paola was extremely helpful as I asked for a sufficiently morning checkout so I didn't come across traffic. Highly recommended

Sabrina and her family are available and very welcoming, it feels like staying at "home", the apartment and its spaces are perfect , (there were 4 of us) it also has a garage with parking space. Great location 1 minute to the rocky beach where you can snorkel or a 7-minute walk to the sandy beach where there is a beautiful sea. The beach is equipped with all the necessary services, for the most demanding, just 15 minutes by car there is Gallipoli where you can find anything. Everything is perfect. Highly recommended

We had a nice vacation. Maria's house has all the features described in the listing. Marking it in particular what we appreciated: proximity to the beautiful beach of Torre Lapillo (reachable in 1 minute walk), possibility of parking inside the car, presence of air conditioners, size of the house, large terrace where you can eat (we have never had lunch/dinner inside), also presence of outdoor shower. The house is located a little outside the center of Torre Lapillo (about 1 km), the beach is also very busy on that stretch, so the road by day is always full of cars, which sometimes makes it difficult to maneuver to get in/out if your car is large. We did not meet Mrs. Maria in person, but she was very kind and followed us and contacted us remotely, with a lot of attention and many tips. We were greeted by a trusted person on site who was still available for any need. We recommend this holiday house in Salento, of course in high season you will find a lot of people (as everywhere). If we come back here, we'll keep it in mind because it's very comfortable.

We were in the house for 2 weeks at the beginning of September for a beach vacation and we enjoyed it very much. The location is great, you can walk to the beach and the shops for everyday needs are also within walking distance. The house and also the outdoor area are lovingly designed and you can feel very comfortable. The enclosed parking at the house is also an advantage. After the beach we went to the outdoor shower, just heavenly ! Miriana and Piero are very dear hosts, if any issues arise, they help immediately. Conclusion: We will be happy to come back !!!!

We were allowed to spend ten wonderful days in Bellavista. The location of the apartment is fantastic, from the terrace you have a beautiful sea view, we loved having breakfast outside with the sound of the sea. The town of Porto Cesareo can be reached in a few minutes on foot. Francesca is a great hostess, she is always available and very helpful with problems.
