Beachfront holiday rental in Marina di Pulsano

The place was as described. The location right by the sea is wonderful! The contact and communication with the hostess was extremely friendly and warm and the reception by her father very warm. We particularly liked the fact that there were parasols. The apartment is very spacious. A dishwasher and a shower in the second bathroom would be great. The supermarket and a cafe are within walking distance, which we enjoyed very much.

Perfect stay right near the beach that felt like home! This property has super comfortable beds, nice linens and many little things that made for a very relaxing stay. We thought we’d visit a number of the villages in the area, but found ourselves just wanting to relax at the house and on the local beaches instead. If we come back to the area, we are 100% staying here again. Also, although there are good restaurants in town, cooking was easy bc there’s a BBQ on the patio, lots of spices and pots/pans to cook with and plenty of plates/cups/glasses/etc. It’s a well stocked kitchen - much more so than many other places I’ve stayed. If you’re thinking about this place, stop looking at other options and book it. You won’t regret your decision. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!!

Spectacular beachfront, a few steps from the beach, simple and convenient to reach, perfect for those who have Children, or relaxing on the beach, I don't even need the car anymore...I should have stayed all summer!!!

This place looks just like the pictures shown. Plenty of lovely beaches around and lots of fishing opportunities as well! The local cats were definitely my favorite. There was a young cat while we were staying, with gray patches on mostly white fur. I named him Jasper , if you see him give him lots of lovins he’s such a sweetheart!

We spent a week in this small house ideally located 50m from the beach and with a rooftop terrace with magnificent sea views = TOP Small downside on the bathroom because the shower is small, we got out but it can be complicated for other people. Woke up in the morning by the work of the neighbors but Michele is not responsible for it. Finally on a positive note, the direct neighbors are extremely friendly and the homemade limoncello was delicious 🤤

An absolute feel-good accommodation – loving, practical and right on the beach The accommodation was furnished with great attention to detail – we immediately felt comfortable. We especially liked the facilities: beach chairs and parasols were available, as well as a brand new barbecue. The kitchen had everything you need for a relaxed start to the day – including a capsule machine with two types of coffee (normal & decaf) and even the classic Italian mocha pot for real espresso enjoyment. Gianni was a wonderful host – warm, helpful and always available. He greeted us with a bottle of wine and traditional pastries, which made us very happy. In between, he always asked if everything was okay - very attentive, but never intrusive. The location is fantastic – only a few metres to a beautiful, white sandy beach with beach bar and deck chair rental. Perfect

We arrived late in the evening due to a delay in our flight. Cosimo's parents nevertheless welcomed us very, very warmly, took a lot of time to show us everything and even got us a pizza. The house is perfect, nice and quiet, offers plenty of space to relax. All the basic equipment you need was there. The house is beautiful, modern and practically furnished and equipped with many small thoughtful details. The outdoor area is very spacious and offers plenty of shade. It's only a few metres to the beach, and during the week there were no people there. We had a perfect week.

Beautiful house equipped with everything, modern, compared to the previous houses seen in the same area far superior. It is not the old house by the sea refurbished, it is a new house. Super modern with comfort that usually houses of this type do not have. Grates, electric shutters, air conditioners, excellent Wi-Fi, well-equipped kitchen with attention to detail. And then the garden is beautiful and well-kept. In no house in the area have I seen a garden so well-kept with an English lawn. Highly recommended. Also very well located. 2 minutes' walk from the beach, both free and equipped. With beautiful sea. 10 minutes (real) by car from Punta Prosciutto. Top.

The holiday bungalow is equipped with everything you could wish for. The host is easy and quick to reach, we received good tips on shopping and dining in the area. The towns surrounding are beautiful and authentic. It was a relaxing and at the same time impressive vacation.

Angelo is one of the best hosts we've encountered. He responded promptly to all our questions before we arrived, picked us up and dropped us off at the train station. He had wine waiting for us at the house when we arrived. We miscalculated the availability of bus service in May, thinking we could bus from Casalabete to Brindisi to rent a car. Angelo anticipated our need and arranged a car rental for us. On the way out he even took a detour to show us some features of the area we asked about. The house is in a nice location, right over the dunes from the beach. The yard and pool are exceptionally nice, with plenty of outdoor seating areas in a private setting. The house is comfortable, but a bit dated inside, with a small kitchen (although it has lots of refrigerator and freezer space) and could use some better lighting. This is a really nice place for a beach vacation.

we spent 1 week of daydrev. charming house in the vineyards with a superb pool. the house is very well thought out, very functional. the air conditioning works very well, the accessories for the kitchen are complete there are even very nice wine glasses to taste the many very good wines of the region. the welcome was great and Maria guided us perfectly for the best places. in short everything was perfect

Donato the owner and Sergio who did check in were so friendly and helpful. Anything we needed that wasn’t in the house, they organised. Top spec throughout, perfect location for a 5 min drive to the beach, 10 min drive into town or a perfectly nice 40 min walk to the old town.

We stayed in apartment 3 for 11 days, it is a clean apartment with lovely soft towels and super good beds. According to the site, it has a kitchenette, however it has a coffee and tea machine and fridge with freezer compartment. There is a large communal kitchen with a gas hob, dishwasher, large fridge freezer all you need is there. There is a large swimming pool with plenty of sunbeds and a place with lovely chairs in the shade. The accommodation is very quiet, wonderful if you like peace and quiet. Within 15 minutes you are at the beach or in a town. We had a great time at the Masseria La Noa and would definitely recommend it for other guests

Great place to unwind with the pool available for use and the nearby beaches a short walk or drive away. The listing is as described with everything you need. Only downside was a lot of the nearby restaurants and shops were closed due to the time of year we visited. Suspect during the summer months this would not be the case.

Comfortable, clean and cozy apartment! The private pool is an absolute plus! Having a washing machine at the apartment was very helpful also. There are only a handful of restaurants in walking distance while the beach is 5 min walk from the place. There are a couple of free public beaches, but we recommend the Sun Bay camping village for a beach day. You can rent an umbrella and chair right on the beach. We had a great time!!

We enjoyed a great family holiday at the nice beach of punto Prosciutto (off season!). Angelo and his wife were very kind and super professional hosts. A new Airbnb experience was that Angelo asked us to sign a separate contract and comittment to the rules of the house. Although the list of rules and instructions is quite long its only common sense behavior and a respectful treatment of his property that he asks for. So, no problem to sign. And the result is a well maintained and clean experience for all his guests. Some information is not so clear from the general description of the house but every information is given in the rules for the stay on the airbnb page which you should devinetively read prior to the booking: e.g. for a family of 4 you have only access to 2 sleeping rooms and the use of the Pool comes with an aditional fee of 7.50€ per erson per day. we didnt use the Pool since I was not sure whether my kids (5&7) would easily follow the rules for it. We enjoyed the sea!

We had six wonderful nights at Elisabetta s house in Torre San Gennaro and it was everything we could have wished for. The description says it’s right on the sea and you couldn’t be closer without getting your feet wet in bed . It’s six or eight steps down to a rocky entrance to the Adriatic Sea . It’s very easy to enter and exit the sea , more so if you have water shoes but it can be done in bare feet as the rocks aren’t sharp . The house has everything you would need and everything works as it should . Elisabetta will help you with any small issues you may have ( we had none ) The area is small and flat with a few bars / cafes and restaurants . It is fairly quiet at the moment but the season is starting and people are starting to flood in . The bar over the sea is great for casual drinks and pizzas at excellent prices . The restaurant next door to Elisabetta house is called Zoki and is one of the best we have been privileged to have been to . Absolutely wonderful food .

Extremely well-kept apartment, full of all comforts. Delightful terrace, quiet and equipped with every kind of comfort. Strategic location, very close to the sea and the best restaurants in Gallipoli, all within walking distance. Impeccable cleanliness. Daniela and Valentino are top hosts. Daniela speaks perfect English, and happily recommends things around, kitchen with extra amenities to start your cooking, breakfast etc even wine and taralli 😊 found difficult to leave il lentisco.

We had a wonderful stay in Gallipoli. The apartment has everything you need for daily life and is very quiet. The roof terrace with the view of the sea is simply fantastic and on foot you can quickly reach the old town. Clear recommendation!

The accommodation was a bit small, but the space was optimally used and the wonderful, large terrace with a fantastic sea view outweighs everything. It is modern and tastefully furnished and everything you need for 2 people is available. It was also wonderful that a lot of water came out of the shower head. :). The hostess's mother, Valeria, welcomed us lovingly, took care of us and was very anxious that we feel comfortable, which was really the case. The apartment is wonderfully located between 2 smaller towns with nice restaurants and bars, which are a 15-minute walk away. Private parking at the house is also available. We would very much like to come back.

A great house that is even better in person than the photos. It is 10 minute walk to Torre Lapillo and the free beach at the end of the street is great. There is a well equipped kitchen for cooking and it was great to have a BBQ and outdoor seating. The private, off street parking area is also great as the street is quite narrow. In May, the beach was nice and quiet and while a lot was still closed in Torre Lapillo, Porto Cesareo is 10 minutes away and had lots open. Laura was a great host and quick to communicate. Highly recommend.
